We stayed for 2 weeks and can’t fault anything. Room was kept immaculate by Som and our friendly bar man catered to our needs in fact he would get our drinks ready when he saw us coming (thank you Koo) the staff are busy keeping the gardens and the hotel maintained constantly well done. Hope to be back sometime great place to relax and unwind

Recently stayed here as one of our 12 different hotel stays in one month trip. We loved everything about the pool villas. It was very modern, lots of space, very private, clean and had everything you could possibly need. The main pool and restaurant are beautiful with very friendly staff also. Note this hotel/villas are quite secluded so it is ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet with not many people or noise.

The Tides Samui was a nice place to spend the last days of 2019 and the beginning of 2020. The private villa has everything is needed for a comfortable vacation!! Housekeeping was satisfactory and team is always friendly and welcoming. The main infinity pool is very beautiful, just next to the beach and the restaurant. Beach is beautiful but is not suggested to swim due to jellyfishes. Great to enjoy during the sunset and daily time. The location is very quiet, a little far from the center, car or scooter is suggested. I think one of the best, considering the range of the island! We only had an issue with the AC in the bedroom that was fixed. Thank you Gabriele

I Highly recommend the Tides resort! The staff were extremely accomodating and friendly. The service was consistent and the villa and views were amazing. As for the food, no i cannot find any faults, a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner choices.

Pro - The room is huge, provided all what you will need during your stay - The view is GORGEOUS! can just pay for that and worth everything already Con - We ordered a lot of room services and pretty weird that the staffs didn't seem to want to caters us much. But we basically ordered like all meals every day during our stay and none special request at all. Its like they dont want to serve us or something. -In a way its private but keep it in mind that the restaurant is right next to it with the main hotel pool All in all, a very cute small resort i'd say. It has indeed so much potential to be amazing with the better service.
