Been at this ''luxury villa'' for 3 weeks and the experience has been abysmal. The kitchen of the villa I'm staying in is rodent infested and the villa lacks common household appliances, I mean seriously: A broken and unusable toaster in a villa that costs over 30 grand a month just to stay in? Pathetic. Another massive complaint, the water system in this villa is the worst I've ever seen. There's barely any running water in the rooms, which means you're unable to shower, defecate, or even as simple as washing your hands. The power goes off so frequently throughout my stay that I feel like I'm in the stone age living in a cave of darkness waiting centuries for the power to come back on. 30 grand a month for this place on top of a deposit is robbery and theft in front of your eyes, with greed being the cherry on top.

we had the courtyard villa which was amazing, nicely furnitured, good kitchen, with everything you need. we used the villa as a one-bedroom villa, which was connected directly to the master bathroom, with indoor-/outdoorshower, nice sunbeds and a Sala on the nice courtyard, which guaranteed us total privacy but on the other hand a wideness and open feeling. From the first contact to the good-bye we were so much impressed by the good communication, which was always very warm, full of understanding and professional. Daily and professional cleaning which made the villa each day brand-new. The professionalism and helpfulness of each one in the resort, even the General Manager, was outstanding. This is what we call a FIVE-STAR-VACATION. We will for sure return next year and looking forward to be back in "paradise on Koh Samui"

This was our second stay in Koh Samui. For our holiday we wanted minimal travel once at our destination, so the first thing is that Kanda Pool Villas is located only about ten minutes from the airport. It is also just a few minutes by taxi to Chaweng and also Fisherman's Village in Bophut. Despite this convenient location it is quiet and private, on a secluded stretch of beach. The beach itself is a little wilder than others we visited but if you love the sound of the waves, it's perfect. We stayed in a three bedroom villa. Each room has its own bathroom. Just in case you need even more space, there is a kitchen, laundry room, dining room and tv area. The rooms and living area are situated around the sun beds and swimming pool. Our villa did not have a sea view but really it was not necessary. The staff at Kanda Pool Villas really made our stay special. They were so attentive and kind and really nothing was too much trouble. Boom recommended Fishermans Village to us on the Friday evening when we were going to go to Chaweng. It was stunning! They helped us arrange taxis, a cooking lesson in our villa, spa visits and laundry. As far as meals go, Rockpool restaurant is well worth staying in for. We were sad to leave this beautiful place with its many comforts and the team who were so warm and kind.

Highly recommend Kanda Pool Villas in Koh Samui. From our pickup at the airport we were treated like royalty. We were then greeted by Wen who made us feel extremely welcome offering a cool drink and fresh flower wrist garland! Wen then escorted us to our villa where we were overwhelmed - plenty of room, private pool and fantastic sea view from upstairs bedroom! Every member of the staff from gardeners to housekeeping and restaurant staff were fabulous! We were always greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble! There was a bit of distance from our villa to Rockpool restaurant but this is not a problem as if you do not feel like walking a golf buggy is sent to pick you up!!! I had two massages which were fantastic- highly recommend the Hot Rock massage!!!! Rockpool Restaurant is fabulous- overlooking the water with great meals and service! Thankyou Kanda for a great relaxing holiday- we'll be back!!!

We have been to Koh Samui before and always found it to be an amazing place to take a chilled family holiday. This time we chose to stay at Kanda and it was a perfect choice ! From the moment that we arrived we were were met with staff full of smiles and warmth which made us feel really welcome. After a brief journey from the airport we were eager to see our accomadation and we were very pleasantly surprised. Spacious , clean and fully stocked with all of the kitchen utensils etc that you could ever need as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The seperate bedroom villas were perfect very clean and well designed. Our pool was perfect with a comfortable cushioned area as well as plenty of sunbeds. The bar/dining area at the resort was lovely , looking out over the sea with a great view. The food and cocktails were great and all of the staff were really amazing. They made a fuss of our two babies Florence and Bodhi (four months old) and they made our holiday a really great experience. The infinity pool is perfect for a relaxing swim or just to lounge around and relax. There are canoes available to use .The spa was brilliant and each of us had a treatment / massage .The food was excellent.I would really encourage people to stay here we had a brilliant timeThank you Kanda staff
