We stay 4 nights in Bo Phut resort. Resort garden is very beautiful and all personal smiling all the time. Bo Phut beach area is quite ok. Whe you go deeper slimy stone does not feel nice. All resorts have the same problem. Beer and other drinks are pricier food too in pool area. Breakfast is limited version due Covid situation. Overall it is very quiet in Samui. Tourists are not arrived in volume. Very sad situation.
I would 100% recommend this hotel. From start to finish all staff were so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great and only a short walk to the nearby bars/restaurants. Taxi's are also pretty cheap. Our suite was lovely and right next to the pool. Unfortunately the hotel was very quiet with only a few guests... this obviously isn't their fault as tourism still hasn't recovered fully from Covid. Hopefully in the coming months it will get busier. We will definitely return and would love to stay here again. Thanks
Highly recommend, excellent service and staff, will definitely come back again! We are a family of 5 with a 2yr old and our stay could not have been more pleasant. The staff was excellent and Nick the manager was the best, catering to every wim. The food was excellent and you can order anything you want off the menu. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and super clean. They have an evening turn down service which is great if you have a toddler. The location is perfect being just a 2 minute beach walk to fisherman village with many restaurants and boutique shops. Coco Tams is also a beach walk away with a nightly fire show at 7:30pm. We loved our stay and will be back again.
A lovely resort, staff service is good, nice swimming pool and villas. It has a beach front so its convenient. The food is not great but good enough and there's always the Samui town restaurants just a taxi ride away. But the biggest disappointment was the resort is lacking a variety of beers. They only have Singha beer. The staff said its because the resort is owned by the Singha family so they will not provide any other beer! They can sell only one kind of beer, ie Singha. It's a real shame in this day and age that we can't get a choice (not to mention especially when there's so many craft beers now in Thailand!). Singha does not need to monopolise to the extent that they decide what people should drink (ie only Singha beer) on their holiday! In future, we'll make sure to avoid any Singha family-owned resorts in Thailand! Cheers…
Despite some little things have been changed because of Corona, this hotel, it‘s location and architecture, it's garden design, the rooms, the villas and much more and last but not least it’s above all staff, is still OUTSTANDING! You will love it to be there and you will miss it when you have to leave it! Thank you BO PHUT RESORT AND SPA for this great holidays with some unforgetable moments.
Loved it! It was such a nice experience being able to have breakfast with such a view. The hotel was really clean and staff was incredible. The location is great since you’re next to Fisherman’s village but inside it’s very tranquil. The design of the hotel is traditional Thai but very modern inside. Best of both worlds. Would definitely come again!
I stayed with my partner in the garden Plunge Pool villa and it was really good. The room overall was really spacious and clean which is something we look for specially during these times. Pool was warm and bed was super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!
A peaceful hotel The rooms are lovely , although you do t get much of a view. The rooms are self contained and surrounded by lush vegetation . The staff are outstanding. We have stayed in over 50 hotels in Thailand , and what makes a difference between a good hotel and a great one is always the staff. Always greeted politely and anything you want they will help you with. We wanted to rent a motorbike, arranged and without a premium that some hotels would charge. We were so impressed by the staff we extended our stay by 2 days. Special thanks to Nic ? The hotel manager and the restaurant manger and staff, although I didn’t get everyone’s names, they all deserve thanks. The resort is close to fisherman’s village so you get privacy , but an easy walk to the restaurants If we return to samui, I would not hesitate to stay here again .…
We arrived back at our favourite hotel yesterday. Test and Go was very smooth; the PCR tests at Samui airport was very well organised and the results [no virus detected] were under our door this morning. The travel was uneventful although the 6 hour wait for the sealed Bangkok Airways flight was a chore. The hotel is quite quiet as expected but everything else is as good as we remember. Some of our favourite staff went back to the mainland when the hotel was renovating and we miss them! Otherwise, it is great!
How resorts are able to maintain high standards during these challenging times is amazing. We were virtually the only guests for three nights but everything such as pool, restaurant, grounds, and room were immaculate. Much of tourist Samui remains a ghost town. Kudos to the excellent team in charge and friendly, helpful nature of all staff. Fishermen’s Village is just a short walk down the beach where a variety of restaurants remain open.
