Beautifully clean, friendly staff and a lovely resort that sits amongst palm trees with direct access to the sea. Pool bungalows airy, spacious and decor beautiful. Location great - just a short walk to the bustling Main Street of Bophut. Great for families and couples alike.
Well there’s not much to say really except we love coming back here. It’s a real feeling of coming home to family 🥰 The staff are what make this place so special. They go beyond looking after your needs and making sure you’re happy from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. We stayed in a number of different rooms throughout our visits here from a basic bungalow to the pool villa. The accommodation is spotless and the cleaning staff and gardeners are a delight. The location is excellent too. Just a 5/10 min walk depending on pace from Fisherman’s Village so plenty on your doorstep for nighttime activities. The night markets on Monday, Wednesday & Friday are an enjoyable experience too so don’t miss them. But, back to the hotel. Do try it, you won’t regret it. The effort the staff right down from the manager (who I’m thrilled to say is an outstanding leader of people, trust me I know 😉), give 100% commitment to customer satisfaction. So a huge thank you for looking after us over the Christmas period 🙏 Any questions you have if you’re unsure just let me know 😀 …
You won't get any sleep here, firstly you can hear everything through these bungalows, people getting in late or the people sweeping outside early hours, on top of that birds squawking on the roof every night through to 5am. I have become sick from the AC unit flat has not been cleaned, so spent 3 days in.bed in the heat because I can't use it. You have to tell the staff at the pool to serve you. I wanted a peaceful break instead I'm going home feeling worse!
Bungalow was at the back of the resort so we could always hear the road, gardeners outside sweeping every morning at 7/7:30 resorted to sleeping with ear plugs. Bungalows don’t let in very much natural light therefore constantly needing to have the lights on. No atmosphere in the evening to sit and have a drink by the beach. They also charged us for pick up from the pier which I have now found out many other hotels offer for free. The hotel is expensive for what it is and I don’t believe it’s a 4 star. Right near the Fisherman’s market which is ok but very touristy and struggled to find any authentic Thai restaurants in the market itself. Unfortunately wouldn’t return to the hotel or this area and would opt for somewhere quieter and prettier.
Lovely hotel, well maintained, clean, beautiful bungalows. Breakfast could be improved, que at coffee machine every morning , more choice needed. Some evening entertainment at night would encourage guests to stay around, as at night it’s dead!
Just got back from ten days at the peace resort koh samuai and may I add what a beautiful place I had a deluxe bungalow with my hubby and five year old the staff were so friendly went above and beyond to help us the room was immaculate the food was amazing right on the sandy beach I would recommend this resort to anybody I had the best ten days it’s was absolutely amazing and fisherman’s village was just five mins walk very bar we went into food was outstanding very sad to be back home now but thank you for having us guys
We stayed for 9 days here including over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Staff were lovely. Seeing them work together to put on a Christmas Eve gala night showed us that they really enjoy their job and are like a big family. The manager was very hands on which is always a good sign- happy to pitch in. Christmas Eve Gala dinner was fantastic- a highlight for us! Breakfast was beautiful and great to be right on the beach to eat. So many options In Fisherman’s Village for dinner - only a short walk away - be warned the beach has course sand and lots of sharp shells and glass and not easy to walk along all the way in even though that’s the ‘romantic’ option, taking the road is much easier and safer ( our son cut his foot on glass on the beach) Only ‘even better if’ relates to the bar service. It can be extremely slow, especially during happy hour- and there is no one coming to the sunbeds either at the pool or on the beach to take orders so lots of queuing at the bar. Overall a great experience though - and great with teenagers as an awesome games room for them to hang out in.…
Very pleasant stay. Bungalows or villas are definitely the way to go. Staff was always very pleasant and the front office helped us kindly with one issue we had during our stay. Big thank you ! Beach and pool were clean and the breakfast rich enough for a week stay.
we stayed here 6 nights, very nice bungalow's and a lovely resort, breakfast is brilliant absolutely loads of choice even eggs benedict I've never seen that on a hotel menu before, the weather wasn't on our side so we used the umbrella lots, i had a n accident while i was here i slipped on the pavement outside the hotel on the street it had been raining so was just slippy so ended up in hospital for 3 days but the reception staff were very good sorting taxis out etc for my hubby. we didn't eat in the hotel but the restaurant looked really nice. just a short walk to the fisherman's market nice for a stroll at night.
We can highly recomended! The resort was beautiful with very good location with beautiful garden and with direct acess to the beach. Also you can use opportunity of massage, mani/pedi, etc. directly in the hotel. Staff in the hotel was very kind and helpful.
