I booked thru their website. Very quick to respond and organized. The day before our scheduled date i requested the pool to be filled to 4 ft only and be sure the water is not that hot. When we arrived everything was perfect and Mr. Raymond Anterola was very accomodating. Pool was clean, surrounding was clean, the rooms were clean and smelled very nice. Internet was fast,utensils were free to use. The stove was free and water in the dispenser was also free. There is also a doorbell which we can use whenever we need anything. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back again. Kudos to sir anterola.

by far one of the cleanest and amazingly maintained resort in Pansol. Great ambience. Nice and friendly resort staff. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and family members. Can't wait to stay at the other villas.

I have been to a lot of private resorts in Laguna and by far, this is one of the top places to go to. I like Casa Primera because of several reasons:
1. The place is well-maintained- Very clean toilets, fresh linen on beds and well-kept garden (and lawn).
2. The location is superb - It's an hour away from Metro Manila and there's a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
3. The staff is wonderful - When I asked for the nearest pharmacy, their staff, Roland volunteered to buy the meds for me without any extra charge. They can even set up the grill for you.
All in all, I can say that this is probably the best one I've been to in the area. I will definitely go back here.

This is a perfect place to bond with family members and friends.The facilities are clean and spacious and one of the best resorts in Laguna. Location is great and accessible from Manila- making it a perfect getaway if you want to relax and chill out .The villa has amenities for cooking and entertainment from karaoke, wide screen tv, billiards, darts ,kiddie playground, natural warm hot spring and Free wifi was available . Definitely coming back. .

This place is an absolutely good find. Clean and spacious and one of the classiest resorts in the vicinity. It's a short drive from Manila making it the perfect getaway if you want to relax and have fun.

A fun place to hang out with friends & family because of the karaoke machine & open seating area where you can feel the breeze. Very relaxing too with the warm hot spring pool. Air-conditioned rooms with flat screen TVs made it entertaining and comfy. I appreciated that it was an all-inclusive resort. It had billiards, darts, internet, and a big garden with kiddie toys to play around in. There's hot & cold water to drink, a grilling area, a stove, and fridge; so we cooked our own food here -- it made the experience delicious!

This place is one of the most beautiful and wonderful place I have seen. It's perfect! The whole place are so clean, the pool, toilets, rooms, kitchen, and all facilities. Everybody will really enjoy, there's a playground for children, karaoke for those who love to sing, billiard & dart for those who wants to play, and the internet connection are so good. The rooms are very comfortable with an Aircon and Cable TV. The staff are so efficient and kind. We had so much fun and enjoyed it. My experience here are unforgettable.

Threw my Mother-in-Law's Birthday and everyone had a blast. The resort was clean and spacious. We did have some internet issues and received an email from the owners stating that our input was taken into consideration and they improved their internet service. Now that is an owner that cares. Hope to visit again soon.

It looks like a lot of people are loving CP. We were not able to book on a weekend of April, and so we ended up staying in a different casa. The available weekend is already late for our summer outing. But we were here in Villa 0ne last year in May. And I loved it. It was really nice with the big and white grand-looking house, big garden/playground, and big swimming pool. I liked how they furnished the seating/dining area with wooden furniture in modern and classic design. It was beautifully designed with style and comfort. The open area for playing billiards with a nice view, the garden, was so cool! I liked those flashy rock-like tiles they used in the swimming pool and how the water overflowed at times, not to mention, the water was clean and clear. I loved staying on the second floor with a nice view of the mountain and for its cool breeze. I even preferred to stay there than in the air-conditioned room to feel the winds (so windy). It was clean everywhere. I even saw a girl sweeping dried leaves in the garden. Kudos to the owners and staff for a beautiful casa! Keep it well-maintained. See you next year.
