We had a fantastic time at Atali Grand resort. Stayed for 7 nights with wife, 2 kids (9 and 7) and grandmother. Everybody had a great time. Hotel rooms are ok. Tea and coffee facility at room and also few more hooks/shelfs and bath curtain at bathroom would be great but this are minor things. Food was very good, good choice for everybody. Few bits here and there needed touch of salt, lemon juice or some spices but if you complain about food there, you are just spoiled. Nobody from our party complained about food even once! Seafood was fresh (Octopus and calamary was soft and not gummy) Animation team did good job considering they were not provided by Atali hotel but rather from Czech and French travel agents for their clients staying there(guest are mainly French, Czech/Slovaks and Polish) AI drinks were ok, did the job. Staff was amazing. They did the best they could. Always warm and smiling. Considering we payed around 1500 euros for 5 people, two superior rooms and AI (just hotel, no travel cost) this was very good deal and I would return for sure. Dear future guests, All Inclusive concept is ''All you can eat'' not ''All you can waste'' Please plate what you can finish, go and plate 2, 3 or how many plates you like but try not to waste so much food. Hotels are not charity. They need to make profits and excess wasting will put higher prices or will cause food quality to drop for all of us.

The hotel was very pleasant and the staff were very friendly although the language barrier was a little difficult at times. The room was very clean and house keeping did an excellent job. We arrived late at night due to delays in flights and the reception staff plated some food for us and had this ready for us in the restraunt once we had put our bags in our room. This hotel is an excellent example of a 4* hotel and I would recommend anyone to come here on a last minute booking. The outside evening bar is very nice and the drinks the barman makes are excellent and not to badly priced considering. The bar stocks all the big named brands of drinks but this is not included in the all inclusive. It would of been nice if they used cheaper brands and included this in like other hotels do. The water park is an excellent addition to the hotel and the 8 euro per person fee is more than value for money as my son had many hours in here. The road to the water park could do with being finished though as this is currently a rubble road. With all hotels there are some negatives which can be easily resolved, the drinks in the all inclusive are very poor... the beer is incredibly weak and the non alcoholic drinks are the cheapest that can be found. The food in the main restaurant is typical all inclusive standard , so nothing too great but nothing too bad. The fresh pizza being made was a very pleasant surprise and done very well. If it didn't only cost an extra £100 for 6 nights for the three of us to include the all inclusive I would say to avoid, but at the price it's better to have as we had that £100 in breakfast alone. The al a carte restraunt is included in the all inclusive which was a nice surprise, however the food was laughable. My wife and I laughed the whole way through the meal at what was being brought out. (It was worse than the main restraunt) and they charge you for your drinks in the al a carte restaurant, if you want wine etc the bottle we had tasted just like lambrini wine (the best bargain wine you can get in British supermarkets). The rooms were a good size and very clean however you will struggle to sleep due to the noise from every room around you. Two rooms down from us had a baby and every two hours we heard her cry, being parents ourselves we understand but at the same time we do like our sleep. Some basic sound proofing in the rooms can resolve this. All in all this is a fantastic last minute cheap get away and met and exceeded our expectations in many areas however there is room for improvement like anywhere else. I would recommend this place as a cheap get away from the great British rain.

We were in the hotel 12 days with a small child , the hotel is really wonderful rooms are large cleaned every day. Hotel staff very helpful and very kind, we will be pleased to remembre them. Because of the service you want to come back. Here hotel located in the center of Bali , very close to the beautiful livadi beach clean and wide, well-kept gentle descent into the water especially recommended for families with small children. We hope that someday we return in Bali.
