Really clean , friendly people , amazing views from our suite and the restaurants. We will not forget ever the very warm welcome on our arrival here. Bali is a nice small village to walk in. The food and the cocktails are fantastic. Would return definitely!
We stayed for two weeks. Really comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel. Food was amazing, a really good range every meal. The staff are all lovely, very friendly and helpful. Dimitrios and Antonia at the onsite Blue Spa give wonderful treatments and I definitely recommend booking time with them. There is a hotel minibus that transports guests up and down to the lovely the beach at Bali every half hour all day. Car hire is easy via the front desk and there are also trips that can be arranged with a local provider. This is the perfect place for a relaxing and reinvigorating holiday and we definitely plan to return.
After the hotel website and the offers they had before we closed it, we were disappointed when we arrived. The photos on the website are a complete distortion and they rate themselves as 5 * Resort. After an hour there, you will not find them any price higher than a 3 * hotel. In general, the staff was very rude, and especially the owner the rooms were dirty on arrival and the services offered where just what is not expected from a luxury hotel fights more with 2 to 3 stars the food is unacceptable. Generally the hotel is not located in Bali but 3 km away There are pkky better hotels in Bali much more remarkable.
excellent hotel , a nice resort very clean and comfortable. excellent staff very well managed all around. we will come back in July . very clean pools and suites . the food is perfect and we say a big thank you to Manolis.
A perfect hotel , very quiet and charm , we come here twice every year . It is well managed and offers everything which is promised. Excellent food and service at the restaurant and the bar. Very welcoming staff
We left with great impatience for this promising 5 *. The reception was good and then it stops ... The rooms are dirty, the toilet seat is broken, the toilet brush is still full ... Lunch then, cold and tasteless food, looks like a canteen and not a restaurant. Dinner is the same, no difference. Room staff are friendly and helpful, but there is no leadership. There are swear words from the kitchen and all this for a 5 *. ?? There is a mandatory address code but it does not apply. Towels from 8 in the morning. No lifeguards, no control over the water quality of the pools, the sunscreens are broken but can not be replaced. There is no head of housekeeping There is no head of food and drink There is no savior (although mandatory) The General Manager clearly has a structural and financial problem and extinguishes some fires left and right by offering a bottle of wine or something similar. How the 5 * was ever awarded is a mystery, as the rating of this hotel dates back to years ago. Without professional help, this hotel is doomed. Urgent management and organization measures must be taken and the man must be surrounded by knowledgeable people. Conclusion: It is not entirely possible to talk about stars here, although the hotel would earn more, with proper management. I spoke personally with him and he is very aloof the didn't have hot water and he was trying to find excuses. Never again Avoid this hotel is maximum 3 stars…
To start, our stay overall at this hotel was very nice. My partner and I stayed for 4 days. Just a few people to thank first of all. Antonia was lovely and my partner and I booked a lovely relax massage for 50 minutes with her and her colleague and it was amazing! I would definitely recommend looking at the spa prices when you go and booking! Antonia also worked in the mini market near the pool and put all the purchases on our room number so we didn’t have to pay cash all the time. We also booked a jacuzzi for an hour which was in a heart shaped jacuzzi. We would’ve preferred booking half an hour, as we did not need the full hour, but this was not an option. Nevertheless, it was a nice time and a good price. We’d also like to thank Regina for helping us with our late check out. It all ran very smoothly in the day of our departure. Also we can’t forget Loukas. He was very friendly and made our lovely cocktails behind the pool bar and was also very attentive and helpful. Shop: The shop was full of souvenirs and snacks and clothes. We made the mistake of not bringing toothpaste or suncream and the prices were a bit expensive but as the place is quite secluded there was no where else we could really get any from. Food: The food was okay. It was always buffet style so there was a large variety. Breakfast was nice with cold and hot options and the pancakes and waffles we especially enjoyed! The juices were also nice and not watery at all. Lunch and Evening dinner were quite similar. Buffet style. Same-ish food every day. Only thing I’d say is they make some food fresh, but most is under heated lamps and goes a bit cold when you get back to the table. Beer and wine were on tap and soft drinks were available during lunch and tea. Pool: The pool was divine. Very clean and cold which was good as it was hot, good weather when we went. There was always 2 beds available for us and there are multiple pools to choose from. Rooms: The rooms were very clean and we got a bottle of wine and food on arrival which was a nice touch. The view is amazing from the balconies and in general. Very picturesque and tranquil and secluded. Maybe not a hotel for those who want to explore around more. Atmosphere: I would say this place is more suitable for adults and the elderly. There was a games room for kids and adults but this had air hockey and table tennis and pool table which was good but the pool table was broken and our money got stuck. We were refunded but it was not fixed before our departure which was a bit disappointing. Entertainment: We only stayed 3 nights so I can’t comment on repetition but we had a magician, Greek singer, and another singer who sang English songs which was very good. There was a very chilled atmosphere in the evenings. There were a couple of children who were involved with the magician but I’d say the overall atmosphere was for adults. Beach: There is a shuttle service to and from the nearby beach which was handy. At the hotel we did see that beach beds were provided but we could not find them on the beach as they weren’t clearly marked so we ended up paying €7 for a bed. Speed boats and jet skis were available to do at the beach for reasonable prices. We did an hour speed boat for €70 and thoroughly enjoyed this. There are shops around the beach and cafes also. I’d recommend getting the 2nd to last shuttle back at 17:15 as there were too many people for the one shuttle when we got there. Only a few negative notes to add: 1)Ladies- bring your hairdryers. The one in our room was a very small rectangular hairdryer that was very slow and overheated so quick I could never dry my hair properly. I’d wish I’d brought my hairdryer so this keep in mind. However, we did get another room for late checkout on the day of our departure and this one had a much better hairdryer but I’d still suggest bringing your own. 2)the cocktails in the day are a lot more limited than night. You can still have alcoholic cocktails during the day but they are using raki which is a form of brandy or curacao and these were not to our liking but each to their own! You have to pay extra to have other spirits or alcoholic beverages like bottled beer or branded wine. 3)Regina on reception was very helpful to us when we asked about our extended check out. There was two other members of reception staff that were not so helpful and made me feel quite uncomfortable and misunderstood but this could’ve been partially due to the language barrier. I did not feel they were listening at all but Regina certainly sorted our issues out straight away. However, we had a very pleasant stay here and we would definitely return again.…
1st class staff in a superb location. Nothing was too much trouble for everyone working there throughout the resort. By not being too big meant everyone was treated as important, not just a number. This also applies to the food, very good compared to some larger resorts I have stayed at. Although not new, everywhere was very clean and quietly quaint. We will return!
Stayed here for a week long vacation. Very fun, excellent service. Bartender on the main bar everyday was Loukas. He is very professional and friendly. Try his specialty cocktails! Would stay here again for sure. Beautiful little village.
We have just arrived back in the UK after spending a week in this fantastic hotel, I was initially apprehensive about the location but the free shuttle bus to the local town of Bali was a god send. The food is lovely and fresh each day, there are three large pools, and the rooms are fantastic. The lovely Regina on reception is a credit to the hotel and nothing was too much trouble, and the fun and characteristic Loukas and Vasilis on the bar are a pleasure. Brilliant place throughout, we will definitely be back! Max & Beth
