We were lucky to book the villa for two weeks in june-july 2018. Different members of one big family including one almost always grumpy teenager were absolutely happy there. Quiet place, clean sea and nice beaches, tavernas nearby, friendly personnel, excellent wifi and very comfortable beds. What we would recommend is to add microwave oven. But this is all.

The villa is in a quiet village south of Lindos. Though close to a touristic development, it has its own privacy, located directly on the coast with a nice sea view. A small private rocky beach is right in front. For good swimming you could walk 50 mt to the next beach. The villa is new, very confortable and well equipped, with private garden and parking. A beautiful terrace with pergola facing the sea is furnished with all you need for dine and relax. Fresh fruits, red wine were offered on our arrival, plus a delicious home made cake in the next day. Very kind welcome. It is perfect choice for visiting the south of Rodhes and for enjoing very good greek food in the local tavernas.

All I have to say is: Wow! This is truely a fantastic het away. Alisahni Beachfront Villas are located a close to Kiotari Beach on a quiet spot. The two villas have a spacious living room, open kitchen with everything you need for simple homecooking, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a lovely porch with seats, benches and a table, a privat lawn and two sunbeds with an umbrella. Just outside your garden is the sea. I still wander off to the momernts I was sitting outside, seeing the sun rise and hearing no other sound that the sea on the shore. The owners are very close by and very, very helpfull. The villas are cleaned once a week and you have plenty of bathtowels. Nearby are several restaurants. One of the best is Stefanos, which serves fantastic food (especially fresh seafood, but also the meatdishes are great) for good prices. If you are looking for a nice, very privat place to stay outside the touristic areas of Rhodes, this is the place to go!…

We have just returned from a 10 days long stay at Alisahni villa in Kiotari. We had a fantastic time. The villa is beautifully decorated with brand new appliances and quiet air conditioning. There are mosquito nets on every single window which means that kids are safe from nasty bites. Owners are at hand if you need anything and super friendly. My 8 year old and 5 year old really enjoyed the quiet beach and spent most of their time snorkelling and catching fish with their fishing net. We will be going back again!

We stayed at Alisahni Villas for one week. There are two villas right next to each other. Although each one offers total privacy, perfect if you are traveling with another family and want to reserve both. The villas are new and beautifully designed. There is great attention to detail. They are equipped with all modern amenities. The grounds are meticulously maintained. We felt totally relaxed and at home. The best part is their perfect location with stunning views of the Aegean. It was magical to sit outside in the morning and drink your coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. The owners are wonderful and always at your disposal should you need something. We were greeted with delicious fruit and a bottle of wine to start our week. There are great tavernas within walking distance. Also the Lighthouse, within walking distance is a perfect hangout, with a beautiful beach, great restaurant and awesome beach bar. For a relaxing week in paradise, Alisahni Villas are perfect. …
