Welcome to Paraktio Beach Apartments in Rhodes We chose that name since in Greek it means precisely on the shore. The location, the natural beach and, of course, the building’s modern design all make Paraktio Beach Apartments the ideal place for you to enjoy serene and magical vacations by the sea. Located at the picturesque and relaxing, beautiful seaside area of Kiotari on Rhodes’ southern shores, 60 km from the town of Rhodes. Lindos, with its famed Acropolis, is just 17 km away, while the magical surfing beach is beckoning for lovers of the sport at 25 km away. The complex, comprises 8 studio apartments and all rooms have a marvelous view of the sea. On the ground floor there is a library. This area also functions and enquiry desk. Via the resplendently green garden, you will reach a private staircase leading to the beach. There is also a private parking space. At a short distance are to be found cafes, restaurants, etc. where they can enjoy their breakfast or take a meal.

We spent a wonderful few nights here on our tour of the island. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here and I am sure we will return. Where to start...we received a very warm welcome to our sea view apartment which was spotlessly clean and large. It had a separate, well-appointed kitchen, comfy bedroom area and sofa area. Easy parking outside if you have a car. There were also some delicious fruit and wine-based treats to welcome us. Our outdoor area was spacious with a choice of our own sunbeds or table and chairs with the most spectacular view out to sea and the south of the island. At night, it was perfect for stargazing. Sunbeds were also available for us to take to the quiet beach and everything was Covid conscious with special cleaning precautions. This area of Kiotari is quite quiet, but there are a few good tavernas within a short walking distance. It was a great place to relax and recharge, highly recommended and definitely value for money.…

This secret tip was just what we were looking for: quiet, private, personal, economical and comfortable. The proprieter is only interested in giving you a great holiday and is ready to help with anything you need. Although this accommodation was very cheap, there was a huge bowl of fruit and bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. We didn't experience anything like this in the 5 star hotel we had just left in Rhodes town. I particularly liked the close proximity to the beach so you could go swimming anytime of the day or night without having to get in the car or walk a long way. The views from the apartments are breathtaking and if you don't fancy cooking at home, there are plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. We saw loads of stuff on our trips out into the hinterlands of Rhodes. It felt so comfortable there, I could easily stay for a longer period.…

We stayed at Paraktio for a week this summer. This is the best place we’ve been to in the last 10 years, can't praise enough! This is a family run business, Philipis walked the extra mile, to be very helpful, and throughout exhibited an attitude where nothing requested was too much!! Rooms are lovely, very clean and the view from the balcony is second to none! Having breakfast or a glass of wine on your own balcony, listening and overlooking the sea is priceless!! The location is great, the nearby beach (Kiotari) is amazing, it is also a 5' walk from a couple of very good restaurants / tavernas overlooking the sea (including the popular Stefanos’ restaurant), a 10’ walk from a very nice beach bar (the Light House) and a cocktail bar (Lithos). Rent a car / moto etc are also few minutes away. Paraktio is highly recommended for a relaxing and quality holiday!…

It's a lovely place attached to a quiet beach with shower and free deck chair.We were often alone. Appartment is confortable, modern, cleaning is done every 2 days, with a wonderfull seaview .. And filipos has good advices (he knows the good taverna👍)and takes care of his guests. Thanks for our very good stay.

My partner and I have just spent 12 days at Paraktio Apartments and it has been our most relaxed and beautiful break ever. Their are 8 apartments set just 12 steps from a virtually private beach. You have the best sea view from the terrace where you can lay in the sun or have lunch under the bluest skies. The apartments are a 5 min walk from 4 restaurant bars which are quiet and chilled and keep a low profile. There is a market and a few shops, including a butchers, just a 10/15 minute walk away. This is as far removed from the big hotels and the all inclusive holidays as you can get. The apartments have all the facilities you need for self catering and are looked after by Filippos, who is generally always around and who is very helpful. The apartments are all cleaned every 2 days and nothing is too much trouble for them there. We will definitely return to this beautiful hidden gem. If you want a peaceful, relaxed holiday in a stunning location, surrounded by real Greece and lovely locals, then you should book to stay here, you won’t regret it.…

Having stumbled upon these apartments in May 16 during a stay in Lindos my partner and I booked to stay there in September 16. We loved it so much we are returning this year. Amazing location with steps straight down to the beach and amazing views. Small,friendly and relaxed. Filippos makes you very welcome. As far from the big hotel scene as you could wish to get.

We visited my sister and brother in law who spend their summer holidays for many years at Filippos beautiful and very clean appartements. So glad we came over ! Far away ftom the huge and crowdy hotels, you really feel like you're in paradise. What a sea-view ! What a lovely beach ! Close to some typical Greek restaurants and near to the small town. And Filippos, the owner is such a nice guy who is always there for you for some advice or help. I almost forgot to mention the beautiful terrace where you can sit down, relax and enjoying the most wonderful view ! I can highly recommend these appartements ! catherine & joost

We found the place on the internet and were lucky enough to book the 3 nights stay in the very last minute. The apartments are very very nice, quite spacious (the studios are a bit smaller, but still very nice). The apartments are located just by the sea and each room has a stunning sea view. You can enjoy your meals on the private balcony. Very nice bathrooms, close to tavernas, with great food too! Few kilometeres from Lindos - a must see if on Rhodes!
