The hotel is average. The rooms are nice and fairly new, but there are some deficiencies: e.g. broken shower head. Sheets and towels are changed, but cleaning is quite free. Dirt under the beds. We were in the first half of October and it was raining. The room at the door was flooded. It also flooded clothes in the wardrobe. Food mediocre. Not too much choice and monotonous. Good alcohols, lots of drinks. Overall the staff and service very friendly and nice. The internet works fine. In case of problems, please contact the reception. Transport to the beach very efficient. The beach itself and the bar are also great. The biggest drawback is the very cold water in the pools. It was virtually impossible to swim in them. Overall rating on a scale of 1 - 10: 6.

Returned from staying here a couple of weeks ago. Quite bowled over by the amount of professional attention given by all the staff. Had booked last year but had to cancel due to the pandemic. Our money was refunded straight away so decided to rebook this year. We booked a junior suite which had a sea view. Really spacious and clean, in fact the whole hotel is spotless. The entertainment/games crew was brilliant and spoke more than one language including English. Big thanks to Oscar and Matteo who were brilliant. This is an all inclusive hotel. No problems with getting lots of food and drinks. Also available free at beach bar of sister hotel including free sun lounger on the beach. The shuttle bus goes every 30 mins to the beach (a 5 minute ride) but the driver will do more than one run if there are more people. Dining times are extensive so no hurrying to a crowded restaurant. There were quite a large choice of different dishes, almost like being on a cruise ship really. My girlfriend is vegan so sadly not much choice for her but I guess we should have flagged this up with the management beforehand. They did provide soya milk at our request. COVID protocol adhered to in dining area (mask/gloves when at the buffet)The top waiter for us was Valentino. Highly professional and stood out as great at his job. Restaurant manager (sorry but don’t know her name) was similar. The staff who work at the pool bar were great fun and very friendly. I do think that they need a electric fan in their work space as on the really hot days I could see them suffering. Also the management please get someone in to get rid of the wasps inside the same work space. One staff member got badly stung. I’m sure there is a fix that can be done. Guest area not affected. Pools: The hotel has three large swimming pools including one with slides/flumes. Lifeguard on duty and all very clean. Would I stay here again? Most definitely. Great place, nice people, luxurious and mega clean. An easy 5/5.

This hotel is a real gem. The location is perfect, set back in the hill overlooking kiotari. There is a regular complimentary bus to and from the private beach which is shared with the sister hotel. The hotel itself is spotless. All areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day. The real assets of this hotel are the staff. Every member of staff are attentive, friendly and warm and simply can not be faulted. The food is varied and there is always lots to choose from. We visited the on-site spa for a cretean massage which was the best massage I've ever had. I notice some negative reviews and find them quite harsh. If course I can only speak from my own personal experience and I have no complaints. Great value for money, Great location, Great room and outstanding customer service. So glad we chose this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well.

We were a bit worried having read previous reviews however we could not have had a better experience. The staff from the very beginning were friendly and helpful. The facilities were perfect, clean, not overcrowded, plenty to keep the grandkids occupied. Bonus was the continuation of the all inclusive facilities at the beach restaurant inclusive of sun beds. Congratulations to the Hotel management team.
