Checkin was late Wednesday night. Some inedible food left for us. Thursday - checked everything out in the hotel. Double beds aren’t double beds they are two twins pushed together. Bed sheet doesn’t fit and rides up so essentially you are sleeping on a mattress with no sheets when you wake up. Cushions are just bizarre. Bring you own! No recognisable booze on the all inc. all weird unheard of spirits and beers. Lunch that day and in general to be fair, is pretty decent. The red wine is simply blackcurrant juice and cold. Yuk. Friday and the rest of the week. Minibar never restocked. Took 4 days for the them to refill the instant coffee! One day our room was uncleaned. Saturday we discovered the beach after persisting with the slides for long enough. Not bad. The water sports and owners of this were great. It’s not owned by the hotel so…..has standards. Stayed at the beach most days from there on in. It’s not Sandy but you are away from the masses. We couldn’t book any of the restaurants as they were all full. Dinner was always pretty dire so we ventured out to petalas, mythos and dyonisos in lindos most nights. There’s some good restaurants in pefkos too. This is not 5 star (for all the reasons above) by any means. It’s not great. We made the list of it and still had fun. Will come back to Rhodes. Won’t come back to the imperial.

Lovely hotel, front bar waiter Semis was fantastic, helpful and very considerate. Speciality dinning was very poor, could not get a booking and only a few options available, steak house was requested but not available. The site has various buildings and all are different, some have jacuzzi on patio with access to swimming pool. Our block was a short walk to gravel shingle beach, with great beach bar and hot food

We have been there for 10 nights and today we have checked out. Rooms are very nice and spacious. The fridge actually freezes anything you put in them. Beds are really comfy. Shower is rubbish as to much water piles out the head which cannot be altered. Wi-fi is hit and miss. Staff in general except a select few in the main bar are good. Cleaners take forever to clean a room. We went on a day trip and the cleaner was in the next room to us at 930am, we came back from the trip at 430pm and the cleaner hadn't even finished our room. Now onto the food. The breakfast never changes from day to day. Lunch we did not have as we were half board but you can eat at the beach bar and again mostly the same food day to day at decent prices. Evening meal is were things are let down in my opinion, mainly catered towards German tourists. Theme nights were OK until we got to one night and there was literally nothing worth eating that was for English tourists. My main issue was that they was letting far to many people in the buffet restaurant at once causing massive queues and big wait times. I witnessed no end of people walk out due this. In my opinion it would be better to have half board tourists in the buffet restaurant upstairs and then have all inclusive tourists downstairs in the main restaurants. The hotels beach is a mess. Sun beds are old and not looked after. All the beaches this side of the island are pebble beaches unless u take a trip to lindos. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely not a 5 star hotel more like a average 4 star hotel.

We visited this resort in October 2021, our second visit in 2 years. We stayed in the Lindos Breeze but all meals were taken in the Imperial as instructed. The dine around option was a complete joke compared to last year. Breeze guests were immediately put at a disadvantage as the app used to book the speciality restaurants was not available to us. The guest relations staff were notably absent from their desk in the Imperial foyer and when they were available, getting them to book the restaurants proved to be challenging. Once booked and experienced, we very quickly realised that both the service, quality and choice of menu was extremely limited and of very poor quality. We did not return to any of the speciality restaurants thereafter but ate in the main restaurant. The Lindos Breeze is showing signs of wear and tear and the rooms are tired. The pool area, whilst relaxing, does need attention. Overall we will not be returning to this hotel, nor would we recommend it to others.

Just come home after an amazing week here. Everything about this hotel is unreal. It’s spotlessly clean, the staff are unbelievable they work above and beyond, especially Elpida on guest regulations she really helped us throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble for her excellent customer service. The a la carte restaurants are lovely, we didn’t really like the Greek meze meze one but the Mexican and seafood ones were gorgeous. The main restaurant is lovely as well as the noodle bar by the pool at the top. The drinks are lovely too. We hired a car from oasis car hire next to the hotel and the service was very good €40 for 1 days car hire was really easy to sort out. We wanted to do a boat trip to Rhodes which would have been good but was unfortunately cancelled due to the boat being broken but this is nobody’s fault. The weather was still lovely even in mid October. The bar of a night is fab with live music on some nights including a saxophone player. We stayed in a room with a swim up pool but didn’t really use the pool that much as it didn’t get much sun in the day but this wasn’t a big deal as we just used the other pools. We hired a boat one day for €60 for an hour and was good deffo worth the money and would recommend doing that. Lovely hotel over all and would definitely return.
