there is everything: sea, slides, pools, a small theater, a spa, lots of restaurants. I love this village♥️. I saw a lot of fishes in the sea. It was a fantastic experience. The rooms were houses and inside there was what you need. Ther is fantastic food🍕

So - plan a for our honeymoon was to spend 7 days on another Greek island, then 4 days in a private pool room of a sister hotel of Lindos imperial which was meant to be newer, smaller, and adults only. Covid changed these plans - we couldn't go to the other island, and the sister hotel of Lindos imperial wasn't opening for September. They therefore offered us a private pool suite at Lindos imperial, which we gratefully took them up on, and booked to spend the preceding 7 days at Lindos imperial too (although not in a suite for the first 7 days). When we arrived, we were quite happy - we had a nice room with a private pool, a bottle of wine left in the room and some baklava (I had asked if it was possible to have some hot food left as we were arriving too late for dinner, but were just left with two very cheap looking sandwiches). Food: We were disappointed that room service wasn't offered - this was supposedly due to covid, but other hotels were offering room service safely (and arguably it's less risky for people to be eating in their rooms than in a crowded restaurant!), so this just seemed like using covid as an excuse. As this was our honeymoon, we were a bit disappointed that we had to eat every meal in the restaurant and couldn't have any privately. On one occasion, I went to breakfast and asked if I could take back breakfast for my husband and I to our room but was told this was only possible if someone was ill and otherwise we had to have food in the restaurant. We liked the snack bars a lot - sure, they weren't gourmet quality, but we had lunch from these rather than the restaurant every day - gyros or souvlaki with chips, other options like pizza, chicken nuggets, and noodles were available too but we preferred the Greek food! Thankfully, the snack bars did allow us to take food away so we often had lunch by our private pool! The staff at the snack bars were great. Evening meals - we didn't eat at the buffet restaurant once - the food didn't look appetising, and we didn't really feel like a buffet with screaming kids was the romantic vibe we wanted. We did take advantage of one of the a la carte restaurants, and honestly, I am so grateful this was part of the all inclusive and not something we paid extra for because this was possibly the worst quality food I have ever had in a place claiming to be a "restaurant". It was seemed like a cheap freezer meal you'd buy in a supermarket rather than something which had actually been prepared by chefs. It's such a shame, because it was a beautiful setting, right by the poolside, half open air, but covered from rain. The food was so poor that we barely ate two mouthfuls of any course and ended up getting a taxi into Lindos and getting food there! A la carte is also a bit of an exaggeration for a menu with just 2-3 choices for each course. Drinks were not great quality, but we're plentiful and strong on the all inclusive, so we enjoyed these! Not particularly premium quality spirits, but we didn't mind. Buffet breakfast was pretty good - juice was definitely not fresh, and might have even been squash - it certainly tasted like it had a lot of added sugar. Coffee good - although hit and miss if it was brought to the table or if you'd have to go and ask someone for it. Eggs freshly cooked which was nice. Other offerings were pretty nice, but nothing special. I appreciated that due to covid, staff put the food on your plates at the buffet because even in non covid times the idea of loads of people toichjjng the same utensils is a bit gross. There were kids running around screaming on our first day of breakfast, running right up to our table, throwing things on the floor without their parents doing anything to stop them, this is not the restaurants fault, but at no point did any staff ask the parents to just make sure the kids stay to their parents table at the very least. Fortunately most other kids were better behaved and we had less disturbed breakfasts on the other days. Staff - almost exclusively friendly and helpful, with one or two exceptions, this is a big selling point of the hotel! Bar staff were friendly and good fun, breakfast buffet staff were good but busy and so often we wouldn't get coffee until we were nearly finished. Reception staff were mostly friendly and helpful, some went out of their way to be of assistance - notably after our terrible a la carte dinner, one of us sought us out to see how we'd found dinner (we suspect the waiter had told them about the strange couple who only ate two bites of the meal!). We didn't want to cause a fuss so made non committal noises, and it was nice he checked. There is an app for all the info about the hotel, and through it you can contact staff with questions or requests - we used this quite frequently to book taxis to Lindos or kiotari, and this was really handy. Rooms - our first room was lovely, spacious, lovely pool, nice shower and bath. Slightly dated but not in a significant way. Our second room - the supposedly upgraded suite with private pool was such a disappointment! Firstly - we were told it would be in an adults only section - this did not happen, there were kids in rooms around us and we were right near the kids activity pool. Secondly "suite" was a very inaccurate description for a room that was smaller than the previous room we had been in which was a normal double room! The door to the room opened onto the "lounge" part of the suite, which was a small space with two single beds/couches crammed in, one against either side, and a mini fridge, then between the "lounge" and bedroom was a small walkway approx 1-2 m long next to the bathroom. The bathroom itself was nice, with a separate bath and shower. The bedroom was far smaller than that of our previous room - it seemed like both our rooms were the same size overall, but they just divided them up differently so they could put the bench like couches into the "suite" so they could charge more for it. The bed was uncomfortable and had a weird crinkly plastic sheet under the top bed sheet. It seemed like the kind of waterproof sheet you would put on the bed of a child who still wets the bed to protect the mattress, and *not* something one would ever expect to find on an adults bed in a nice hotel! It crinkled with every tiny movement on the bed, making sleeping for a light sleeper virtually impossible, so I removed it after the second night. The pool was nice, but not as nice as our previous one, and the decking was larger but felt quite bleak, with dark wood and just two loungers on it. When we first saw the room, I did try asking at the reception if this was definitely a suite, as it's not up to the quality of any suite I've ever seen before, and also queried about the adults only, but was told it was the only suite they had with a pool, and our other option was to go to the dedicated suite village, but we could only have a swim up room there as there were no suites there with private pools available. I really regret not taking up this option as I suspect we might have had a nicer room, but one of the attractions of this hotel was having a pool to ourselves - a luxury I have never had before but we saved up for as it was our honeymoon, so at the time I decided to stick with the private pool. Spa - we did have a massage session here, it was really lovely, the staff were friendly and professional, and booking in was easy. Disappointments - the shower in the massage room was a bit blocked and water didn't drain well, this was a bit gross, although thankfully didn't smell. The indoor pool was shut due to covid - not entirely unexpected, but a bit disappointing as many other places had open indoor pools. Beach - no complaints - stony beach so ensure you have flip flops or sandals, but lovely clear water, lots of fish to see if snorkelling, even in very shallow waters, loads of loungers and umbrellas, and not far from the bar and one of the snack bars to pick up more drinks and snacks. Pools - big positive of this hotel. Several large pools - all with bars, and most with snack bars, nearby. Loungers were available throughout the day, I suspect this would be less common during busier times but worked nicely for us. In particular, we were so pleased that there wasn't loud blasting music by all the pools as we wanted a relaxing holiday! The activity pool looked great fun, although we didn't go in, there was lots for kids, fun looking slides and this was definitely a more lively environment if that's what you want. The main pool and relax pool were more chilled out, were massive with beautiful water, and nice to swim or float around in! In summary - I probably wouldn't come back here again as I was so disappointed with the room and how our questions about it were handled. The quality of evening meals was very poor but we ate out in nearby restaurants nearly every night so this wasn't too problematic (note that you will need to get a bus or taxi to other restaurants - they aren't in reasonable walking distance - but it's worth it, we recommend mourella particularly!). The pools and beaches were a big positive. The staff were mostly very kind and helpful with one or two exfeption of reception staff. The bars were good, drinks not amazing quality, but as all inclusive, we didn't mind! We would absolutely recommend Lindos and Rhodes though, such a beautiful part of Greece and Lindos particularly is a lovely town with loads of restaurants and bars!

A bit delayed with my review with all that’s going on but we had a wonderful stay here when our holiday got switched at the last minute in October due to travel restrictions. As it turns out it did us a favour as this is a lovely hotel with really friendly staff and very well set up from a Covid safety point of view Everywhere was clean and our rooms were great being well positioned near to reception. The beach was clean with plenty of sunbeds as indeed was the case round the pools. A good choice of A la Cartes and the buffet restaurant had an extensive selection. Bar staff were great and a good selection of drinks including multiple cocktails were all included We had a nice day out with a boat trip to The Lindos Acropolis which is worth doing although not a climb for the faint hearted Given the current climate we probably didn’t get the full experience of what the hotel has to offer as things like entertainment were not as extensive as we’ve been used to at other hotels but these are not normal times and there was some good live music The one thing to bear in mind is the resort and area is very hilly and the activity area is right at the top along with the amphitheater albeit that was not operating at the time. So as long as you are happy to walk up and down slopes/ hills then everything else about the hotel is great. Worth noting the location of the activity area as we spent a couple of days trying to find it. The one you see from the hotel is actually for another hotel so we spent sometime wandering round the outside of it puzzled why we couldn’t get in! The one for here is right at the top of the resort and not visible until you get up there. So thank you to the hotel. You made a great holiday in the middle of a really difficult time for my wife & I along with four 20+’s

It's on a rocky beach - but 10 minutes walk from the hotel is a private secluded beach with a stretch of soft sand and day beds laid out on the shore. The hotel isn't actually in Lindos, it is a 20 min bus ride (bus stops right outside the hotel, and is the same bus that will take you all the way to Rhodes) Varied entertainment - hotel has a 4D cinema on site Bars are a little repetitive with the drinks, the buffet is a little repetitive, too. The Italian restaurant is very lovely. I liked that the property was spread out and there was enough space around the pools for everyone.

We loved being at this hotel. The staff were lovely, lots of smiles. In the middle of the pandemic the hotel did its best with lots of sanitisers and served people from the buffet. Food was very good especially considering the number of people there, we went during half term. We really had a lovely time. The buses went through the main road of the hotel enabling us to travel around the island.
