We had a lovely, relaxing week at the Delfinia on a half board deal via Thomson. Loved the hotel, the easy access to the beach, the friendly and hard working staff and the food. The only minor...More
We returned here 50years after our honeymoon!
The hotel was also celebrating its 50th anniversary.
We had a most enjoyable stay- and it was good to revisit some of the tourist sites.

Just returned from a wonderful week at the Delfinia. It definitely has the best spot on this stretch of coastline. Sea is sublime - shallow, warm, clear, clean, and calm. Hotel is spotless. Room fabulous too, we had superior sea view, which I would recommend...More
The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable but the restaurant was pretty awful, like dining in a school canteen. The food was pretty poor as well and although we had paid for half board we chose to eat out a lot of the...More

Yes! We've just returned from a holiday there and there was a lady who uses a wheel chair on a sunbed on the beach all day. She was with her partner/husband, so I do not know what level of support/assistance she needed. However she was very determined, and had no problem getting herself around the restaurant, selecting her own food. It is flat to the beach with very good and even paths around the hotel and flat. You may want to pick a garden room. There is a lift, so again you could get in it in a wheelchair as well. There is also a lift to the restaurant. However, I didn't look at the toilets, I believe there are disabled toilets though. Our room also had a bath, you had to step up and into the bath to access the showers, there is a hand rail to give support - but this is not disabled friendly access to the shower, in my view. There is also a rail that helps access into the water, something to hold onto to steady yourself on. Finally I also notice there is a disabled water chair on this beach, it's further up outside one of the bars, but free to use by anyone. It has flotation devices and everything - what a marvellous thing we thought for disabled users. I've never seen this anywhere else. Hope this helps.
Superior sea view rooms, these are also refurbished. You will find this hotel quiet though anyway, there is not a lot of loud noise, and no one getting drunk, thank goodness, it's not that sort of place at all.
