Just returned from this hotel after 1 week's stay. Had a problem with the room we stayed in the 1st night. Went to reception next morning about it. Were given a new room for the rest of our stay. Cannot praise highly enough the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of the reception staff in dealing with the issue. A very friendly hotel serving excellent food. Would highly recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic! As a travel professional we are usually quite hard to please but the quality of the hotel, food and facilities are great. However it is the staff and particularly the animation team that really blew me away. I cannot praise the guys enough - really made us feel welcome and genuinely appreciated! We will 100% be coming back again and definitely staying longer next time!!! I would recommend for families and those who want a more relaxed holiday with a touch of quality and class about it too! A big thank you to everyone at the hotel from the bar staff, animation team, reception team, maids, chefs, waiters and cleaners! All made the extra effort to ensure my daughters first holiday was one full of interaction and friendly faces. Aurelia aged 2 says she recommends the beef - never seen a 2 year old polish of 2 steaks in one sitting! Luckily she baby sharked it off! Love room 202 October 16th-21st 2019!…

Wonderful location. Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Entertainment team incredible. Yoga Coach Yanis and Dmitrij football / beach games coach doing amazing job. Have perfect attitude and let us feel very welcome here. Also Zafi was best friend for my daughter. She will miss them so do we ! Fantastic holiday. Thank you folks. You doing a great job. Bad smell all around hotel. Old playground,boring food. Great location with own beach. Room clean and nice. Great view from top floor rooms. Only german animations. Hotel needs investments . Staff was very friendly and helpful.
