There are very few places in Greece that are luxurious. I often experience the same service in 2*, 3*, 4* and 5* resorts but not the case in this new hotel in the area.
The staff can’t do enough for you, the surroundings are idyllic and luxurious.
All inclusive holidays can be a nightmare sometimes, not this place. The food was fresh, well made and never crowded. There was a choice of pre-bookable a la carte restaurants and with the option of premium drinks, lovely wine (the local Pink Black bird exceptional).
The rooms are modern and luxurious. Well designed, such comfy beds and a selection of drinks in the room with latest technologies.
The pool not too crowded and infinity pool was out of a movie. (The water park was a nice touch for the kids)
The beach is paradise with Bali beds, Prosecco to the bed (via a call bell), with the option to have Meze for lunch there). The water amazing. A beach party there
There is much more (one of the few times that the entertainment was awful at a hotel). Three tenors stood out. The saxophonist also brilliant.
Finally the staff are some of the best I have experienced.
Special mentions to Aris, Aris (older one), Andi, Thomas (for his humour) and especially Nikos (who is amazing and should be at the savoy in London!). Others were also brilliant!

Stayed in the suites section of this hotel which gave you use of the Balinese beds on the beach. The hotel is super clean and food served is excellent, a choice for everyone. The staff are very friendly and eager to help so no problem in asking questions about things, which you will have to do as there is very little information in the room and no trip folder of places to go, I asked!
2 villages are close by, Georgioupolis €8 by taxi and Kavros €6 but if you want to go into Chania it will cost €80.

I sincerely do not recommend this hotel!!! The hotel has a big problem with the sewage system, everywhere smells of sewage. It is impossible to open the balcony, we go for breakfast and run because it makes us sick, it is impossible to lie by the pool. The children's pool right next to the sewage treatment plant smells so much of methane that no one goes there. Problems with drain pipes in the rooms, we "drown" twice a week. When the technician came to fix it, he blasted air into the shower drain so that the entire contents of the drain spewed through the air conditioner. The food is very poor. For dinner there is more pork than fish/lamb. Everything is not tasty. The animation is very weak, it would be better not to have it. We gave up cleaning the rooms after a while, because it comes with one wet rag (without a vacuum) and goes through all the rooms with all the hair. The shower is ugly.

A very nice and quiet hotel with a very nice sandy beach with beach bars. The main restaurant has a large and very good selection of food. The rooms have 2 air conditioning units and there is a large ceiling fan above the bed. You sleep very well in the king-size bed. But last but not least, in my opinion, is the staff. Everyone from the cleaning ladies, service staff, receptionists to the hotel manager Mr. Kokkalis, are amazing and always try to fulfill all wishes and needs as best as possible.
Of course, like everywhere, there are a couple of little things that are only due to personal sensitivities and therefore have no role in the rating. We can absolutely recommend this hotel with a clear conscience and would give it 9.5 out of 10 points.
We will definitely be back in 2024 and are already looking forward to it.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel located near the beach. The buffet offered a fantastic variety of food, and the pool area was spacious and enjoyable, with delicious cocktails.
