We have just completed our 10 day holiday to the Sandy Beach. The hotel ..flights and Transfers we all booked separately and we emailed the hotel prior to arrival requesting rooms next to each other with a nice view. Antigoni responded the same day. Upon arrival to the hotel we were greeted by Antigoni and given rooms 415 and 414..perfect... More

This is a well run hotel and we were looked after from the minute we arrived. Gianni was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. If you want 5 star luxury then pay for it, this is a brilliant budget hotel with as much raki as you can drink especially if Gianni and Stavros have their way lol.... More

2 weeks all inclusive, end of season. Outstanding location next to the beach, responsive and outgoing staff with plenty of local bars & shops nearby. The all-inclusive service shuts at 10Pm but the bar itself will stay open pretty much till the last people leave between 01:00-02:00 in the morning. The beach is the longest sandy beach in West Crete... More

I stayed here for two weeks all inclusive, the staff were friendly and polite and was always happy to help. The location of the hotel is fabulous and it's right on the beach with great views. The food was ok but basic and breakfast was poor. The rooms are ok and they do get cleaned every day apart from a... More

Before I wrote this review I checked how much we had paid for the actual hotel part and it was a lot, if it had of been extremely cheap I could of understood a bit more why it was so bad. Good points: Reception staff and cleaners very friendly. Close to the beach. Bad points: Breakfast - no toaster, stale... More

We arrived and were shown to our room 501 by a very pleasant young receptionist, thats where the positive experience ends!! The bed was rock hard and the bathroom looked like something from Eastern Europe or from the Borat movie! It was so dirty we were actually concerned about leaving our toothbrushes and that we could go down with Typhoid,... More

Check in was good, and receptionist was very nice. She showed us to our room, and thats where it all went wrong. We had booked a superior room, but what... More

Four of us, two couples, booked in at the beginning of September for 10 days. The rooms we were given in the main building had a few problems, very noisy air con in our room, and our friends toilet lid only partly opened due to poor fitting.. However, we were moved to rooms of our choice when they became available.... More
