The hotel is quite old fashioned as far as rooms and bathrooms are concerned. The menu for meals is quite limited which can be boring if you stay there longer. The hotel has small sauna center which can get quite crowded when it is fully booked. Wifi is only available in the restaurant and lobby, there was no in-romm wifi. The bright site was the staff - friendly and helpful.

Dear guest, we ve taken over the hotel about 15 month ago and i know some of our hotelrooms and bathrooms are not on modern standard. But they re very clean and we sell them to cheaper conditions, that s the reason many guest book them. Our dinner meals are on a typical level for a hotel 3 stars with salad and soup from buffet, main dish and dessert is served and i only rarely hear complaints about it. Guest can also choice between two or three different main dishes. Our new wellness centre is not small as you have described in your comment, in all the hotels of the village you don t find a wellness and sauna centre in this size and compareable to this! It s very well and precious equiped and a lot of customers just book the hotel because of this- see the 360° panorama on our website. Can t understand your complain because of the wifi quality. Our wifi is unlimited and fully free to use for our guests. The last few weeks, haven t heared any problem from other guest in this case. A lot of guests telling my, they ve very good wifi strengh in her rooms. If wifi don t work proper, in a few minutes i would hear the first complaints, cause almost everybody has a smartphone or tablet in use for different applications- special video streaming, online TV... This wifi system was installed in 2016 and offers a high standard with a lot of accesspoints distributed all over the hotel area with strong network quality. Why you don t came to the reception to complain about the wifi when you were in hotel? Maybe your device was not proper adjusted. Andreas Madreiter Owner of Hotel kajetansbrücke

First site very disappointing. Very close to the busy road to Nauders. And therefor quite noisy outside and at pool. We had a very small room at the back. No roadnoise. Our room was very small. The wooden floor makes a lot of noise. The bathroom so small that big people will have a problem Food good not great. But nice personnel. And surroundings beautiful

Dear guest, We regret that you haven t let us know your complaints during your stay. Our hotel has many regular customers who come for 20 years and more in our hotel and appreciate the relaxed familiar atmosphere and other things in our hotel. The rooms and bathrooms size always depends on the booked package and price. The size of our rooms corresponds to the normal standard for the three star category. Many rooms and bathrooms are even much bigger than it s required for the 3 star category. Your complaint regarding the food- supply we can not understand, during the last weeks no other of our guest gave me any complaint. Every evenig, i personally work in dining room. Can t comprehend your complaint regarding road noise, cause this is in a normal level. Regards Andreas

friendly service, limited menu but found the Käsespätzle. Which were a large dish with the typical Spätzle but in an almost italian variation. Instead being served with cheese as the Suevian style it was with a cream cheese gravy... more like gnocchetti di frumento ai formaggi. Different than expected but delicious. The salad was also very fresh and crunchy!

Indeed a real time machine. Some things are really a bit outfashioned. 3 hours after arriving at the hotel we got a call from home that one of our kids had an accident so unfortunately we had to leave the next morning. We had to pay the full amount (whole week). The receptionist told us this was due to the fact we booked the stay with tiscover. If we had b.ooked directly they would only have charged us 20%. Back home I called tiscover and they said there was no problem for them and we should contact the hotel to arrange things. Only thing we got back from the hotel was "sorry but we cant refund the money". Hard to understand given that the hotel wasn't fully booked. Definitely a no go in the future, oh and by the way never again tiscover !
