The Rodopoulos family, utilizing their 30-year expertise in the hospitality sector, has now created the Adrina Resort & Spa; a new 5 star compound on the island of Skopelos which combines all the natural beauty of this North Sporades hide-away with exquisite service and accommodation to provide an unparalleled experience. The location is objectively magnificent and the 38 room/villa complex is set along the natural curve of Panormos bay. All of the accommodation offers spectacular beach views of the Cove of Blo and across the Aegean Sea all the way to Northern Evia. Initially, the guest will be mesmerized by the majestic views only to discover that the rooms and facilities are just a few meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Whether relaxing by the salt water pool, swimming in the incredibly clear blue sea, dining at the Restaurant, having a drink at the beachfront club or being pampered in the Day Spa, we ensure that even the most demanding guest’s total needs are catered for.

Skoplelos is Adrina resort there are no other comparable facilities. It is not a simple accommodation facility but an authentic PARADISE on earth managed with great professionalism. The owner, whom we had the honor of knowing, is a private person who with his apparent calm manages with concreteness and professionalism this beautiful structure. The staff is carefully chosen and help make the services accurate and efficient. Everything is completed by the natural location that offers an enchanting setting. Excellent cleanliness stands out from all the facilities I stayed in. The superlative breakfast with products of the highest quality. The three restaurants are located on three beautiful terraces overlooking the sea with typical and international cuisine. It is the second year in a row that I manage to stay at this wonderful hotel and I hope to return soon with my family. Maria Chiara Show Less

Fantastic hotel in a glorious elevated position at the entrance to Panormos Bay.
On arrival by water taxi which cost €150 from Skiathos harbour we were met on the pontoon by a smiling member of the reception team who escorted us to the glass elevator and up to reception to check in to Villa 11.
Villa 11 is a stand alone front row 2 bedroom pool villa with stunning uninterrupted views of the sea, beach, islands, hotel grounds and pool. In my opinion it’s the best Villa the hotel has to offer and worth every Euro. Everything in the Villa was spotless, worked and ready to go for our 11 day holiday. The housekeeping team, was made up of 3-4 wonderful ladies, who arrived every morning and deserve 6 stars for their ultra efficient attention to detail and beaming smiles. Lovely lovely people.
Breakfast is included which was the usual array of continental and cooked selections along with an egg/omelette station and a gigantic offering of pastries. The beach bars serve food and drink all afternoon up to around 8pm for those sunset lovers. For dinner we chose to eat out every other night down at Panormos beach or wherever we had ended up that day but on the occasions we used the the hotel restaurants, both Adrina Resort and Adrina Beach, we found the food to be ok to good. Not always to my taste but that’s a personal view as someone who is not overly keen on fish. The restaurant staff are always extremely polite and nothing is ever too much trouble. My only observation is the staff could be slightly more attentive to the tables regards offering more drinks, desert menus etc but maybe this is by design to ensure less intrusion and no big deal.
Reception was first class and whatever we requested or ordered, hire cars, charter boats, taxis, buses, ferries, transfers, etc etc was dealt with polite and friendly competency.
Superb hotel in an enviable location on the beautiful and peaceful island of Skopelos.

Beautiful resort with the kindest staff- everyone is welcoming and accommodating. The food is amazing and the portions are huge. We had a villa with a private pool, fresh beach towels were left for us each morning as well as bottled water. The views were incredible. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been paddle boards or rafts/floaties for the kids available at the beach. They had goggles for purchase and paddle boards at the adjacent resort (that you can use/rent) but it would have been nice to have them at our resort for convenience.

Our recent stay at this hotel left us with mixed feelings. While there were some positives to highlight, a particularly unpleasant encounter with the management tarnished what could have been an enjoyable holiday.
Firstly, the view and location of the hotel were very pretty. The majority of the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. One standout feature of the hotel was the breakfast, offering a variety of delicious options that left us satisfied and energized for the day ahead. We truly appreciated the effort put into the breakfast service.
Unfortunatelly we encountered unexpected issues due to bad weather during the first few days. These circumstances rendered several of the hotel's amenities inaccessible, including TV, internet, the pool, the seaside area, and the spa.
In light of these inconveniences, we decided to inquire about the possibility of a discount or compensation, as hotel policies regarding this matter can vary. Our intention was to discuss the matter politely and understand the hotel's policies better. Regrettably, our encounter with the manager was nothing short of a nightmare. He was incredibly rude and dismissive, trying to make us feel guilty for even asking. He tried to make us feel as if we were somehow responsible for the tragedies in Volos. His aggressive outburst was witnessed by other guests, leaving us deeply shocked and disappointed.
It's essential to note that we did not demand any unreasonable concessions; we simply hoped for a courteous response to our request. We would have accepted a simple »no«. Such a hostile reaction from the management is unacceptable, especially given the premium prices charged for the rooms. To add to our disappointment, the quality of the food (lunch and dinner) was subpar and overpriced for the portions provided. This was in stark contrast to our previous experience at the hotel, which used to be a 5-star experience, but sadly, that is no longer the case.
Our hearts go out to the people affected by the floods in Greece, but still this is certainly not an acceptable way to treat anyone.

Response from Paikos Rodopoulos, Owner at Adrina Resort & Spa
Responded Sep 17, 2023
THIS REVIEW IS UN-AC-CEPT-A-BLE!!! WE ARE ALL TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET ABOUT THE REVIEW AND HOPE THAT SIMILAR REVIEWS AFTER SUCH UNIQUE NATURAL DISASTERS WHERE SO MANY PEOPLE DIED WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED ON TRIPADVISOR. WE HAVE TO SAY THAT WE EXPECTED THIS COUPLE TO MAKE A REALLY BAD REVIEW! My name is Yannos Rodopoulos and I am one of the owners and the manager of the family hotel business. The review of the guest is not about our hotel but about my behaviour towards them. I believe that this review shouldn’t be anonymous since it is referring to a specific person, me and violates TripAdvisor's guidelines. There are witnesses who can confirm that I was not rude! Almost 50% of our guests are repeaters and they know me very well. They all know that I am never rude! Volos and the island of Skiathos were destroyed by the famous storm Daniel. All the infrastructure of Skopelos is supported by these two points and we had really bad days over here during the storm. Our hotel was fully booked and no one, but no one! asked for anything even though everyone faced the same problems with the reviewer. All clients knew and understood what was happening! IT WASN'T OUR FAULT WE GOT HIT BY THE STORM IT WASN'T OUR FAULT WE DIDN'T HAVE INTERNET - THE WHOLE ISLAND DIDN'T HAVE INTERNET - IT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE 4G IT WASN'T OUR FAULT THAT THE TV SIGNAL HAD FEW INTERRUPTIONS. Volos and Skiathos were left without power, water and internet for 4-5 days and still to this day they are repairing their damage and it will take a lot more time until this storm is forgotten. Many will never forget it. Visitors were aware of the damages/problems caused by the storm that hit us. We informed them during their stay. They even informed me that their country, Slovenia, had also been hit by the storm. Yes, the hotel amenities could not be visited. It was raining, blowing, it was cold and no one could go to the beach, pool and beach bar. Only the restaurant and spa were open. The spa on those days was fully booked contrary to the claims of the guests. Appointments and sales of these days are available for everyone. Of course, we all know that the reviewer did not just «inquire about the possibility of a discount or compensation». After receiving the receptionist's response which was a clear NO (discount), they asked to see the manager because they wanted to cause a problem for us. The guest forgot to write that the first thing I told them is that I understand why they are asking for the discount and they can tell me what amount is the discount they want us to give them and we will give it to them. Whatever it was! I told them that because It's not a matter of money. I asked them to explain to me if they understood what had happened in Greece and Thessaly and why we were responsible for that. Of course, there was NO answer. And yet for them, IT WAS ALL ABOUT MONEY!!! They confirm it in their text twice «We decided to inquire about the possibility of a discount or compensation» «Such a hostile reaction from the management is unacceptable, especially given the premium prices charged for the rooms» During the storm, WE REFUNDED ALLl!!! guests who cancelled their reservation and we DIDN'T CHARGE CANCELLATION FEES also to those guests who decided to leave earlier and, believe us there were many!!! They had serious reasons - not that the internet was not working during the storm days. The nightmare was not experienced by them, nor by us, nor by Adrina, nor by Skopelos... Skiathos, Volos, and Karditsa are still living the nightmare. We are all totally disappointed and upset about the review and hope that similar reviews after such natural disasters where so many people died will not be published on Tripadvisor. Best Regards, Yannos Rodopoulos CEO ADRINA HOTELS

I had the luck to revisit Skopelos island together with my family and friends after 30+ years and to stay at Adrina resort. The island has retained its pristine landscape with pine forests reaching the sea and some of the most scenic beaches in the Aegean. Not by chance, a couple of them were chosen as a setting for the Mamma Mia musical film. Adrina beach hotel and resort is undoubtedly the best way to experience the island nowadays. Situated on one of the island’s most scenic locations, it was developped during the years under the vision and the personal care of Rodopoulos family with attention to every detail and respect to this unique place. Adrina’s experience is all about relaxing and enjoying the beach life, being treated as family by a unique well trained personnel, enjoying the modern comforts of its rooms and villas - I enjoyed my best sleeps of the year there-. and savouring local specialties at its seaside restaurants. Besides, kids can experience complete freedom as nowhere else. In sum, a place once visited you would love to return to again as if it were your homeland.

We had the most amazing holiday staying at Adrina Resort, thank you for making it very special for us. Everything was perfect from start to finish, the welcome, the accommodation, the staff. There is nothing we can fault in any way. Every member of the team is helpful, friendly and professional. Stathis and Paris, you are both complete legends and a true credit to Adrina. You made our stay a delight. Our two bedroom villa was spacious and immaculate, the cleaning team work so hard, especially in the heat and we really appreciated their attention to detail. Toiletries are luxurious, we welcomed the extra touches provided in the bathrooms. The beach is a dream, sunbeds are free and we always found space, even for four of us. It is well managed and we always felt welcome. Restaurants were all lovely, breakfast is relaxed and so much fantastic choice. Lunch and evening restaurants also great menus and sensible prices. All in all we had the perfect holiday, and hope to be back next year. Thank you again.

Location with amazing views and absolute tranquility. The location of the hotel is really privileged, allowing easy access to its wonderful beaches. The facilities were extremely careful, clean and tastefully designed, creating a sense of luxury and comfort. Especially the pool of 24 and the common areas were perfectly designed for relaxation and relaxation. However, what made our stay really special were the people. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure to meet every need with a smile and professionalism. Their warm hospitality made our holidays unforgettable. This hotel is a paradise in Skopelos and I highly recommend it to those seeking absolute relaxation and care during their holidays.

Beautiful resort. Incredible sea view over central Greece. Perfect suites. The services are located along the hill and the various floors are connected by a rack lift that goes down to the private beach. Excellent restaurant, plentiful and qualitative breakfast included, the only small point for improvement could be the quantity of dishes on the menu (not many) for lunch and dinner. There is an atmosphere of tranquility and exclusivity. Just the view from the terrace every morning is enough to repay the holiday. I'll be back.
