Have stayed at this hotel four or five times over the last two years. On every occasion including this latest visit we have enjoyed every thing about the hotel and our last review backs this up. We took our friends with us this time and they agreed that the rooms, the bar and the restaurant were first class with food... More

Found this restaurant on way into Wexford from Kilmore. Seems a nice place, plenty of parking. Quiet and cosy. Staff are really nice and friendly. Food is homely and tasty. Decor is comfortable. Service is quick. Would come back if in the area but wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

I had stayed here before and booked for a night this month. I booked via email and when I rang to cancel the rooms I was informed they had no record of my booking. As it was, wasn't I lucky I cancelled otherwise there would have been no room at the inn. So the moral of the story is double... More

I chose this hotel, having been very satisfied with its convenience to the ferry, you can be registered by 7.30pm and a ferry warm and business like welcome awaits you. The rooms are comfortable good size and clean as is the bed. Food is readily available and of a good quality. Breakfast has a variety of hot a cold foods... More

Four of us for dinner. Starters - Chicken and parma ham croquette tasted great - could not taste chicken or parma ham but it still tasted great. Duck salad was wonderful and the prawns wrapped in smoked salmon were delicious. Mains - steak was very good, chicken a little heavy but enjoyable, tagliatelle with chorizo/chicken was excellent but unfortunately the... More

We are not staying at the hotel, but the restaurant is close to our hotel. Very pleased that we went. Welcome reception, and offered choices of seats. Enjoyed my pint of Smithwick's before and during dinner. We both opted for an evening's special. Very unusual - a slice of turkey and a slice of ham with stuffing in between, served... More

As a family we decided to go here it was very busy on arrival, The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We were greeted and seated immediately by a lovely waitress. The food was fantastic and came very quick to our table and the dessert was very tasty. I will certainly be back again.

Lovely Hotel and super staff. This hotel is small, and situated on the busy road to Rosslare. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was freshly made each morning to you order, so everything was fresh and piping hot. We would definitely return to the Farmers Kitchen hotel.

At the price we'd paid we expected more from this hotel. The bathroom appears to be from the 70s, and the door into it doesn't close properly. Any noise from the room above echoes into this one (including their snoring). Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. Most of the hinges in the hotel could do with some... More
