Waiters made sure nothing is missing. Nice swimmung pools and relaxing area. Friendly and helpful stuff. Cons: Room is not 4star hotel like. Waiters in the restaurant speak english badly. Mattress in our bed was very cheap and bad, we had our backaches the other day. Sauna place could be more modernised. Bowling alley opens till 9 pm. There was nothing to do in the hotel after dinner. Though not easy to approach the place without a car, it' worth going and spending a few nights. Especially if you need an escape and want to get away from the noises of civilization. It has an excellent thermal bath, good service and an agreeable restaurant. The main assets of the place: tranquility, good air and wonderful natural environment, ideal for walks. A 15-minute bus ride to nearby Komló is recommended only for those who want to see a once flourishing mining city run down to poverty. There is no hot water at all for the working people who occupy and work there. Even after several warnings (days have passed) the situation has not been resolved. Always referring to pipe breaks, guests have had to bathe in cold water for several days. I am upset because it's a four-stars-hotel, right?

The room was modern, tidy, clean and spacious. The staff was helpful. The meals were great. Free parking is also a good thing. There is a bowling alley within the hotel. :) The room and the restaurant were at a lewel of a 4 star hotel. Pools and saunas are not in the ranking of 4 star hotel. The space between saunas is messy and should be better maintained.

We spent one day in this hotel only, hopefully there will be a next time that will be a longer stay. Great location, super facilities, helpful and nice personnel. Clean and tidy everywhere. The food was delicious, fair choice, even for vegetarians both at breakfast and dinner. Take the opportunity to take a walk at the lakes nearby.

We were there at the longer weekend. We have been never been in this area. The landscape and the enviroment the natur was incredible! We have made great walking tour and excursions. Only one thing was awfull: our hotel. From breakfast to evening dinner was a lot f mistakes: 1 hour before the ending the dinner we could not get only 1 dessert, because of the other 2 sort of dessert were gone. It was not a high season, so we did not understand it as well. Ok. does'nt matter. The room was dusty. Not because the room was not released for a long time. But because it wasn't cleaned long or long ago. And here I mean taht for a long time ... which is 1 month or more for an apartment !! This is not an explanation for a hotel! The glass was terribly dirty and disgusting. The bath was full of hair and not from ours. At the breakfast and also dinner was no music in the restaurant. It was very uncomfortable that our voice an words had heard for other 10-12 people, there is no intimate conversation! The building has a lot of damagees from outside and inside. The pool area was under construction, it was ok. we do not wanted to use. I gave this middle range only because of the beautiful landscape. Hornest to say...not recommend this hotel!…

Overall the location is good, but I was expecting more for being a 4* hotel. The staff of the hotel seems friendly at the receptions, but could be better at the restaurant. We didn't really see anyone in the pool area. The building would need some refresh. Some of the decorations seems old fashioned, and I was missing better design, which they advertise on their website. The wellness area seems more like being in a public swimming pool, and not in a hotel. The room was OK, but we were not fully satisfied with the cleanness of the bathroom. The food at the restaurant was very nice, but was cold old the time. Overall I was very disappointed, and would not go back to this place, unless they take into consideration updating their facility and services.

We went there to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. That was an amazing choice! The 5 of us got 3 bedrooms and a living room with 2 bathrooms and an additional toilett. Big balcony with separate jacuzzi and sauna! My mother was very happy she could go to the spa from the room in her bathrobe. Also enjoyed the different massages. The food was amazing and I did like the style of the staff. I felt I paid nothing for this luxury!

I arrived at the hotel around 2030hrs for 1 night on a business trip. I asked if dinner was still available and was told yes. The hot buffet was barely warm and as I was eating, the staff removed the buffet as the restaurant closed at 2100hrs. The bedroom was clean and tidy, however it's the first time I've stayed in a hotel room with a bunk bed and more annoyingly the curtain would not stay closed, as the top of the widow and curtain rail followed the slope of the ceiling.

I spent 3 weeks here; the Hotel has a good potential but the service is very bad: bad food (only buffet available), no room cleaning (they only change towels and blankets sometimes but the floor is always dirty, also the bathroom), no room service, gym is too little and the machines are broken; when the hotel is full internet doesn't work at all
