Just got back from Marlie Holiday Park, Awful place! Took our touring van and the pitches don't have space for caravan, awning & car. Everyone is packed in with no space. The place is full of 'traveler's' & seasonal pitches with lots of vans on site so you can imagine the atmosphere and feel to the place! very noisey at night... More

First time I've been down since I was 12 & I'm now 20 and it was by far the BEST holiday I've ever had The staff at the club was so polite and so understandable with certain issues & there was always something to do I can't wait to come back next year!

Just returned after one day of our 3 day trip to Marlie Holiday Park. Where to begin, facilities were dirty and smelly, the bar area was fairly dirty but it was very busy. the Pool was ok and potentially the one redeeming factor although it was a shame that in order to accommodate everyone you were restricted to use by... The showers and toilets were generally clean but shared with the swimming pool which is not so good. Pool is small and only pre-book able in advance for 20-30 minutes slots-which hardly seems worthwhile. Advertised as having free wifi- but wasn't free. There were some very noisy neighbours whilst we were there- shouting and playing music until gone 1am and... More

A Lovely clean and well keept camp site. Friendly staff. a easy walk into town, where you find a supermaket and lots of local shops, cafe's and restaurants. You can also have a steam train ride on the Dymchurch to Hythe miniture railway. A must if you are staying here

We spent a harmonious 3 nights camping here. We had booked online at the last minute for £12 a night in the scarily described section for casual campers. However, for mid-August and last minute at this amazingly low price it seemed to be a bargain. The described conditioned mentioned that there were not any facilities on the field and Toilets... A great location with very good facilities. I was an electric hook up pitch. The site is very well maintained with a little shop and bar/restaurant club house. Swimming pool has to be pre booked due to season but no problems. There is a Sainsburys only 2 minutes away to save carting food with you. All in all a great... More

After reading some of the reviews I was abit worried about staying here! But people are just way to critical! It is what you make it! The staff are so friendly! We had "basic camping" a lovely spacious field and we were allowed to pitch up where we wanted. The shop was really useful and the beach is just up... More

Horrendous. Absolutely horrendous. Although the rest of the park ie caravan/lodges/other camping areas looked ok - the casual camping area had dog muck on the grass and families whose children screamed while they partied, loud music and all until 2.30am. God knows what the rumbling, clanking and revving sound that went on all night came from (there's a potato farm nearby?)... More

We are at the end of a week at Marlie and have had a lovely week. The site is quiet compared to other places we have stayed. Kids have enjoyed the park, amusements and kids disco. Clean toilets and showers and friendly staff made us feel welcome. Only negatives - 1 could do with bigger shower cuvicles/somewhere to put clothes... More
