This was the perfect place to stay and play for our family including an 9yr old and an 11yr old. Every day was spent in the pool, rain or shine. The beach was beautiful and had the use of the lounger’s, kayaks and all your snorkelling needs. All of the staff were lovely and friendly, made the place a home away from home. The room was just what we needed, comfy beds. I would recommend ear plugs to help block out the roosters at all hours of the night. The location of the resort is handy for everything we needed. Scooter hire right outside and walking distance to the convenient store, Muri night market as well as many local eatery’s. Would definitely book here again!

What an amazing holiday we've had!! Not only was the location perfect, the staff are the biggest asset that treat you with utmost warmth and courtesy. Sisi, Viri, Rachel, Ashley, the rest of their teams from all housekeepers, gardeners to concierge will take care of you. We never had to ask for anything, it was perfect :) Our first, from many more to come.

As a family, we continue to return to the Pacific resort, not only for it's wonderful position but for the genuine warmth and hospitality of it's staff. To mention but a few, we all loved Masi (my son's name sake), Aunty Mona, Rachel, Quincy, Viriama, Sisy and all the beautiful smiling faces at the resort. We can't wait to visit you all again.

A perfect place to enjoy the delights of Rarotonga. We stayed in a Premium Beachfront Suite, which was newly redecorated and very comfortable. The room's balcony was a great place to chill and watch the lagoon activities. The team at the resort are wonderful, very attentive and oh so friendly. The complimentary Polynesian Breakfasts are sumptuous and great. Whilst we had a very windy week on the Western side of the island, making the lagoon very rough and choppy, we went to Black Rock several times, which was sheltered from the wind and a marvellous place to snorkel. Our thanks to to excellent people of the pacific Resort Rarotonga for an unforgettable holiday.

I came here for a dad and son trip in January of this year and returned April for a dad and daughter trip due to the great time had. Fabulous location from the time of getting off the transfer bus from the airport entering reception, you feel like part of the large family with the friendliness, and the willingness to assist. Goes above and beyond awesome expectations. All the staff are outstanding but I only managed to grab one or two names. Ashley at reception extremely helpful like all of her colleagues. With their knowledge and assistance we didn’t waste time and achieved all we had set out to do with activities and recreation . Both restaurants maitre d’s and staff are outstanding.

Friendly staff, amazing location and easy access to heaps of water activities. Great spot for snorkelling straight off the resort! Food is 10/10 and very well maintained and looked after resort. Staff always welcoming and happy to help when needed. Amazing cocktails as well!

We moved from the Pacific Resort Aitutaki after being stuck in Rarotonga due to the temporary closure of our destination airport. We expected the same standard from a sister resort but were sadly disappointed. There seemed to be markedly different prices for the rack rate of the same class of room at the same time checking in. The restaurant staff appeared disinterested and the service was very average. However, the food was good and the ambiance by the water was nice. The spa treatments were superb. Overall this resort was not worth the money and we would not stay again or recommend it

First time to the Pacific resort ( not our first to Rarotonga). Beautiful location and very good rooms. Highlight here was the awesomely friendly and helpful staff, Rupeni was a standout for us. Have toured around many other resorts but will come back here

We’ve just returned home from a blissful 7 nights at the Pacific Resort and we absolutely loved our time there. This was our first international family trip with a four year old, and he had an absolute blast. The pool, kids club and close access to the beach were all perfect for little ones, and the rooms were clean, modern, private and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff felt like family and were so kind and accomodating during our stay, and looked after us so well, especially the ladies in the restaurant and kids club. We can’t wait to return for another holiday in paradise.
