Located on the motorway. Advertised as having a restaurant but there is no restaurant. Coffee not available, no bar service, arrived back in room after a day out about 5:00 to find the room had not been made up. The only coffee available is at the aire (services) a walk across a busy access road. Breakfast adequate.

Very disappointed with this property and Booking.com Booked a superior room with Half Board only to be told when I arrived they do not offer Half Board, however you can go onto the Best Western site and book Half Board so I was very confused When I raised this with front desk I was told they could do nothing, when I went to pay I was charged Half Board rate and the added my meals and would not refund me, I was told they have no control over Booking.com rates. Also the restaurant is not open Friday, Saturday or Sunday So again offering Half Board is false and misleading Then the Room I was given was supposed to be superior, however a colleague was staying in a standard room and his was identical n every way to mine, again ripped off is how I felt, again when raised I was told it was nothing to do with them and I should take it up with booking.com But you can select this superior room on the Best Western site so again false and misleading information. Room was nice, shower could have done with maintenance to fix the multiple leaks in the nozzle but aside from that it was fine. Breakfast was a non event Most mornings there was little available and when a crowd arrived there was even less. Staff are nice but appear to have their hands tied in terms of financial issues.

Rooms are very clean and neat. There are no coffee or tea making machines in the room. Breakfast is just average without any great choice. Service is good, lot of parking space available. suitable only for short stay when you are onward busy journey.

Not an ideal hotel if you're looking to spend time in Brussels, the location is in an awkward place next to a highw and the only sight to see in the area is Kasteel van Beersel. Easily accessibly for bigger vehicles. Despite the proximity to the highway, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. There's a weird odor in the rooms but they are clean. Hallways are quite narrow in places so you might not be able to pass other visitors if you both have your suitcases with you without one of you stopping. Service is good, specially during dinner/breakfast time. Very attentive staff!

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean and tidy. Compliments to the reception crew. The room was also bigger than expected. Location next to highway was good to find and the breakfast was very nice. Chapeaux

The hotel is targeted towards transit guests. Despite being located on the highway there was no traffic noise. The walls however are so thin you can hear your neighbour in his bathroom. Interior is rather cheap. Breakfast and dinner are ok and not overly priced. Staff is friendly - not all speak Dutch though.

We stayed two nights here and even thought the center of Brussels is not that close but the room is perfect and the breakfast is very good! I would definitely stay here again...if you can get an Uber to Beersel you can easily move to the Brussels Central if you buy a STIB card

We stayed here as a family and got two adjacent connected rooms in the first floor. Very spacious rooms. The Hotel had Indian cooks to serve some Indian dishes too as a group. The restaurant has a nice ambiance in the ground floor. Breakfast was nice. Note that this is a bit far away from the city. Watch out if you are not prepeared.

If you don’t need to be in the city our you are just passing through this is a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the shower was strong with a good temperature. The staff were very friendly, and there is a small restaurant on sight with a small selection of meals which we enjoyed. This hotel is also suitable for disabled guests.
