The Queens Casino & Hotel is a beautiful, old fashioned well maintained hotel in a remote area deep in the Eastern Cape rural area. The area is surrounded by undulating slopes winding roads and scenic beauty. The hotel is well maintained, but under renovation. The rooms are clean. I had an unfortunate incident of a spider bite. The hotel should...

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the room service was a disappointment. The bathroom is very very small. Fortunately we were on route and only stopped for the night. The noise from the car park was a bit of a nuisance. The breakfast was very scanty. There were no cups. The meat...

My husband and I arrived late on a very cold Friday evening of the 26th Aug 2016 and we were greeted by a dirty reception area and an unwelcoming female receptionist who was reading her study book. She looked at us as if we have come in to beg to sleep and yet our accommodation was booked well in advance....

Indeed the place is for queens, normally we use bnb's when we visit Queenstown because it's usually full and I finally got to see why.The rooms are nice and big and I liked the food which we had at the casino restaurant. The place is also great for families though having kids will be a killer if u want a little gambling.

Unfortunately this is on a downhill run The rooms are adequate, breakfast was pretty basic. The only place on site for dinner is at the casino which is immediately a negative. If you have to stay here it's OK, otherwise push on or go to a local lodge

We had a pleasant dinner at Queens Casino this evening. The Casino is small but well kept. The pond is well stocked with large koi. The menu is limited but affordable. The Casino is situated on the way out of town towards East London.

My hubby and myself live in Queenstown and we were on leave for 3week's . We have a 3yr old and a 1yr old, There's really not much to do with the kiddies in Queenstown, so we thought we'd take them to the games centre and park. The children had a blast and so did my husband, teaching my son how...

We went to go watch the SA-New Zealand rugby game at the bar. Decent bar with enough TVs to enjoy sport on over the weekend. The Casino itself is okay regarding gambling facilities. Does not match up to other casino's in bigger cities but should be sufficient for the average gambler. We did not stay at the hotel itself so...
