A really attractive Balinese style hotel with the rooms in small units. Room and furnishings are pleasant especially if you look out on to the gardens. The ducks make a bit of a mess on the lower balconies so better not go out there!I am rather concerned about the baths as we all found them very slippery. A rubber bath mat...

One night stay in Lotus building, second floor. Grounds are pretty although smaller than I expected. The bungalow style buildings are attractive and novel. The "comfort twin" room is simple and tasteful although furnishings are rather worn and the balcony view was of the camping area parking lot. Buffet dinner and breakfast was very nicely presented with a wide range...

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are comfortable, although the Balinese style wardrobe was a little difficult to open and the shower very slippy. Family rooms have a door separating the two sleeping areas which is a real bonus. The buffet was very well presented although there was a limited choice of...

Located directly opposite the zoo, this was a surprisingly quiet, relaxing place to stay. The gardens are small but sufficient for a short stroll amongst the ducks. The swimming pool was appreciated after all the walking we'd done around the zoo. The restaurant has a good buffet and there's a large choice of wine and drinks (payable separately). Unfortunately, we...

We had a room booked for 2 nights incl breakfast and dinner. The room was lovely and bright, with view to the hotel pool. The only thing I could fault was that the remote control to the TV was nowhere to be found until by accident we looked behind the curtain on the floor, and there it was. Guess the...

Bad experience. You should go to Saint Aignan town and find a better place. Hotel might be great in Summer, not in Winter. Food is not good quality and service is not enough regarding the price you pay.

We really enjoyed our stay there, beautiful place, close to the zoo and great ambiance. The kids, of course, loved the place and enjoyed every single moment of our stay there. I would like to thanks the staff for their friendliness.

We were pleased with the general atmosphere of the hotel. The grounds are lovely and are full of whimsical animal statues. My children loved seeing the ducks and coi fish near our hotel pavilion. They also enjoyed the outdoor pool. The hotel was quiet and the master bedroom was spacious. You can walk to the zoo on a path from...

Lovely location. So close to the zoo. Pool fab and heated. Layout of hotel complex was great. Wooden bridges and a lake full of very hungry carp which the kids delighted in feeding bread at every opportunity. Well worth a visit. The restaurant was expensive in our view at 28 euro per adult for a buffet.
