Hotel Yangrigang is a budget hotel that gave us the feeling of home away from home. After entering Yoksum it is the second hotel on the right after hotel Yak. Room rents are around Rs. 900-1000. Food is excellent. The owner is Mr. Tenzing Bhutia and the hotel is run by his family members. Ph. No-09434164408

This is in fact the second hotel you get after you reach Yuksom..I went there without room as a solo traveler and got a room.. I suggest you opt for a room in the upper floor facing the view.. If weather is clear , you may get the view of Kanchanjangha from the room itself..these rooms are quite spacious for... More

We stayed in total 3 nights at Yangrigang. The rooms have a wooden floor and a wooden furniture in a quite rustic style. They were also bright and overall it was a nice atmosphere like an old mountain hut would appear. The bathroom was basic but clean and we had hot water during the times the town had electricity. The... More

We arrived at the Yangrigang Hotel without a reservation and were easily accommodated. It's the first hotel on the way into town. Our room had a lovely view of the hillside, a garden, a school, and a nearby temple. The room was lovely with solid wood furniture and simple, beautiful traditional architecture. When we ordered dinner that night, we were... More

Run by all members of a local Bhutia family, the rooms are unpretentious but clean, airy with attached bath and hot water. The food however, is absolutely outstanding! There is a bar but try their home-made Chhang, a local millet-based beer! Although beside the main road as you enter Yuksom, the hotel offers peace and quiet, a restful night before... More

Spent one night at the family-owned and run Yangrigang before our Goecha-La Trek from Yuksom. Room was clean, bathroom decent, hot water, and had a good night's sleep (although in our own fleece sleeping bags). All-in-all good value for money, and the breakfast (not included in room price) was acceptable.

It is was a very economical neat room with friendly staff (all family members). My daughter even went to the garden with 'the grandma' and planted some orchids in a pot. We felt very welcome and were well looked after. Food was good and freshly prepared as per your order. They provide extra mattress for the children with charging extra... More

There are quite a lot of hotels to choose from in Yuksom. This was the first one I got to on my way into town from Pelling. It turned out to be a good choice - big room, clean bathroom and friendly staff. Though it's on the main road through town, there's very little traffic after 20.00 - so it... More

We stayed in this hotel just one night but her at Yuksom is the best of our trip. The hotel room is big with window, private bathroom and village view. We booked the hotel through the phone from Pelling, i don't think they have website like Tashi Gang. We have 2 rooms with 600 rupee each room with no breakfast.... More
