We’ve been here 5 days so far. Coming from hospitality industry where I played high roles for over a decade, including running a 4 star hotel, I can happily say that we were nicely pleased from the very second we arrived. The hotel itself looks fresh, clean and beautifully designed including the lobby, main bar and restaurant areas as well as their private beach front with sun beds.
I would like to praise the front of house staff too! The reception ladies were extremely helpful on our arrival “demanding” taking our bags to the room which we found very attentive and made us feel special. Not to mention they’ve been answering million and one of our questions on daily basis getting to know the area.
The bar/waiting staff: The All Inclusive restaurant area gives more than plenty of choices whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. The waiting staff is nice and friendly. Even though they all seem to be very profesional at all times, I have to point out three people in particular. And these are the people who makes your stay that extra special. Lady called Redinela is a superstar. Very polite, professional and always happy to help. Lulu (the guy who controls the side bar) is nice and very friendly cracking jokes and always recognises his clients and their needs. Another great member of their team is Estir. Always smiling with great attention to our needs keeping our beverages topped up and helped us with a trip suggestion which we took today and we thoroughly enjoyed the day!

The Epidamn White Sensation hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming 😊. We booked an excursion early in the morning, which caused us to miss breakfast. We spoke to Shef Ilmi about having an early breakfast, but when that wasn't possible, he kindly offered to prepare a lunchbox for us so we would have something to eat. This was extremely nice of him 👍.
