loved the feel of the all wood rooms. They were also very large! Great views as well. Quite the trek up so I recommend you only bring a day bag. There is a restaurant on site so convenient. They also have karaoke.

Agree with the answer below. It's uphill almost all the way, lots of steps. Bring just what you need. Much easier going back ad it's downhill. But this village is lovely, the hotel is fun so would definitely recommend.
