Apart from the fact that there are two parts to this hotel - on across the road from the other and we went to the wrong one first - it is a great place to stop on the way from the ferry. Free parking, tea and coffee in room, wonderfully comfy beds and pillows, but most of all I was... More

Once again great stay at a premier inn. Clean and tidy and very polite staff good parking and access to the motorway. a good tick from us on this one. would advise to avoid the beefeater next door due to the prices and service.

After staying at lots of Premier Inns recently it was a bit of a let down to stay here at one that has not undergone the Premier Inn make over! The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful but as soon as we were given the room "key" with a big piece of plastic hanging off it we knew the... More

This Premier Inn was clean and reception staff are friendly. Check in was fine, our room was fine - we ate next door DO NOT BOTHER go elsewhere. We went to bed at about 11pm and went straight to sleep only to be woken at 11.30pm by people knocking on doors shouting room service and laughing finally we heard them... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights and the room was very nice. A sheet and fan were left in the room in case the duvet was too warm during recent hot weather. Restaurant was at the Harbour Lights Beefeater next to the hotel. The food and service was very good but the decor was a little tired. All in... More

With having 2 Premier Inns next to each other, the original North Harbour and the newer one next door they bought off another chain, it's always confusing as to which on to turn into as the Sat Nav puts you between them. Having stayed in both previously, we turned into the wrong one yet again, however as that close only... More

Checked in at 10.30pm - cost for room was £99.00 - not what I call a budget hotel - oh, and breakfast was not included! The receptionist was charming - after that it was downhill all the way. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and I'm not sure how they wash the sheets but they were very scratchy - so... More

The bed was to die for, so comfortable, soft and delightful bedding. A good nights sleep guaranteed. All was quiet. No traffic noise. Great shower. However! It's lucky there was two of us, as on closing the bathroom door and not locking it, my friend got locked in and it was a very difficult moment thinking that we might have... More

I regularly stay at the Premier Inns with my 2 teenage children. We love their overall comfort and the breakfasts! This one was no different to many others however the attached Beefeater restaurant 'Harbour Lights' is very tired and in complete contrast to the hotel. It really lets it down. The room being used to serve breakfasts was in a... More

Stayed a week here for work purposes and the TV ads delivered what The Premier Inn promised. Very clean & comfortable room. Had a room on the ground floor so no waiting around for the lift at busy times of the day and close to the car. No problems at all, helpful & friendly staff and a very good choice... More
