Lovely, clean, well-furnished room facing onto a quiet and well looked after garden. The rooms are set just back from the main road, so is very peaceful. Air con works fine, lashings of hot water on tap, clean sheets and towels, friendly owners, central location. Can't find anything to fault here. We paid just 250,000 dong (about $10 USD) for one night. What's not to like?

I came to this small hotel at early morning from Dalat overnight bus. The land lard was ncie and hospitable. I was given a big room at reasonable rate although I did not make the reservation prior to my arrival. Its location is within the walking distances from the attractions surrounding and food stalls.. Would choose to stay here again when back.

We were nearly not going to stay here because of the many negative reviews, but found that at the very least the complains had been rectified, or some of the previous reviews had been petty to malicious. We asked for a garden room and were given one without any hesitation. We didn't think it was necessary to bargain the owner down to a previously mentioned price by other travellers, but happily paid the requested 300,000 vnd. For those $25 we got a good-size room with squeaky clean floor and beds, real glass in the windows through which we could look out into the pretty garden, outdoor wicker chairs to enjoy the cool morning air, a little fridge, TV, wifi, air con and bathroom with very hot water. Ok, the aircon rattled a bit in the beginning, the toilet was leaking a little, and the towels were thin. But to us that was not nearly as important as the peaceful atmosphere. In the morning I asked for hot water to make myself a cup of coffee and was immediately brought a thermos. When we came back later in the day, the room was made up. The owners were friendly and helped us with phone calls to local tour organiser and bus company, had our laundry done for us while we went on a 2-day tour with Highland Eco Tours and guarded one of our backpacks for us. We felt this was one of the best accommodation we had for that price. However, when we came. back from our trip to villages, they had put other people in the room we had already reserved and paid for and wanted to put us in a room in their front building. We insisted on our booking being honoured and in the end did get a garden room again. But it put a damper on our enthusiasm for the place.

We spent one night in this hotel and it was ok. Quite expensive compared to other prices in the area but the room was clean and had a good shower, AC and a fridge. The garden is nice to relax, read and have a beer...It would be much better with hammocks to take a nap. Water in the fridge and laundry service way overpriced!

Stopped overnight. Big rooms with everything you need. Lots of English speaking channels on tv for a change! Only criticism would be the broken shower head holder and no curtain- so you had to hold the hose to wash and the water went onto the floor if you weren't careful. Little fixes that would improve one's stay immensely. The windows in the bathroom had no fly wire so mosquitoes could get in, but we just closed the bathroom door. Overall a relaxing overnight stay, close to town too. 280,000 for two double beds- not bad value!
