Fairly easy to find (you won't find Google Streetview in these parts). The Hotel was fully booked, however we always managed to park our car. There is a resident dog at the hotel, but it was very friendly and was free to roam (with the exception of guests quarters). Pleasantly surprised with the apartment which was large, spacious with amazing views and very warm! We were in the room above reception and so would occasionally be disturbed with people coming/going. We also found we could clearly hear guests in the rooms beside us as well as above. Fortunately I had earplugs which helped at night. The beds were extremely comfortable with soft linen. The only gripe with the room was that due to the layout, you couldn't watch TV whilst sat on the couch. The TV could only be viewed from the dining room table. The shower took a while to heat up but good pressure. Loo roll and towels were provided. There is a sauna which was apparently open every day, but on the few times we tried it, it was locked. Unfortunately there was never anyone around to ask and so we gave up. Unfortunately, we don't speak German and we found that only one member of staff spoke any English. Breakfast was fairly basic and we found it wasn't regularly monitored. The first morning, it was evident a couple of large groups had eaten most of the food and so I ended up getting breakfast in town. I also chose to eat breakfast elsewhere on the last day as I was bored with what was on offer. In hindsight, we wish we didn't bother with paying for B&B. Despite a few niggles, I would fully recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area. It is very close to the ski slopes and not too far from town (approx 10 min drive) and there are a few places to walk to. We would recommend walking up to Bifei's Hutt'n (approx 1hr walk) where there is a pub serving local cuisine and for just a few euros, you can toboggan back down both day and night. Well worth the bruises!
