Good beyond expectation of facilities of hotel.good restaurant.v.good staff at hotel and restaurant.we had pleasant stay and in future we will be staying in said towers..Cons..parking facility needs a rearrangement and proper system( we could park our car) not a big deal but Sai towers should give a thought process for a well organised car parking.

Hello all readers and to all staff@Trip. I made a trip to Puttaparthi to visit my ailing father . I stayed at Sai Towers for a duration of 2 weeks. September 2021. I stayed in 2 different rooms - 357 and 659. My own brothers were also stationed there at that time. To be honest, this is my fifth or sixth stay here. Sai Towers in all aspects is still the best you will find in Puttaparthi. No doubt about that. Rooms, comfort, room service , transport, help from staff , the restaurant etc everything is the best . The experience itself is better that what you would expect from a star hotel in a big city. I have reviewed this hotel many times. If I am in Puttaparthi, I will not stay anywhere else. Thats for sure. I highly recommend everyone and anyone......if you planning to stay in Puttaparthi. Please choose this hotel. You will not be disappointed . During festive peak seasons, advance booking is advised , as this hotel is very popular. The restaurant is pure vegetarian and very delicious hygienic food is prepared. It caters to local cuisine and international. They also have an in-house bakery that prepares fresh cakes and bread. I have attached photos. Excellent location just opposite to Prashanthi Nilayam. Restaurant is attached and the front office is good. It’s comfortable to stay to have darshan. The only problem they don’t provide good Wi-Fi, TV which is not recharged and kettle.(even in AC rooms!)

Very nice hotel just in front of Prashantinilayam main gate. Staff is very humble. Rooms are very clean and kept hyeginic. Beds and linen were very fresh. The ambience of the restaurant, service, and quality of food was just superb.It is highly recommended to stay if you are with your family. The quality beats for its reasonable price.

In view of the Covid restrictions we were forced to choose a hotel to stay outside the Ashram. This was the first time in many years that we had to stay outside the Ashram. Sai Towers was recommended by a friend. We booked directly on the Sai Towers website. The Executive(AC) Room was very clean, fairly spacious and very comfortable. The staff is very proactive, courteous and efficient. The hotel has a very fine restaurant and the food is simply amazing. The check out is 24 hrs after the time of checking in, and this was a big plus for us. The hotel, being on the main road, has very limited parking( two cars at the most), and this needs to be kept in mind in driving down. We had driven down from Bangalore, and in view of Covid restrictions and limited activity in Prasanthinilayam, the parking was easily available. In normal and busier times this should be kept in mind. Overall a very pleasant stay; and till the Ashram reopens this will be our port of refuge in Puttaparti.…

Good to stay with family, Nice restaurant, good food with great choice. we enjoyed staying in this place. The above few words of mine should give a overall picture of the place to the travelers. However, Trip advisor forcing me to write min of 200 words to submit, which annoyed me of given a feedback on TripAdvisor. This feedback should be of once interest not by forced. My advise to the admin of trip advisor to change the restriction of 200 min words for feedback submission. thanks

The rooms are well maintained, clean and pretty spacious. Very close to Mandir gates and the staffs are good. It was a good stay both the times whilst the second was only for a couple of hours however after a long travel it's a good place to relax.

Clean rooms, polite staff, good service. Check in checkout is 24 hours and have taken all precautions including sanitisers and thermal scanner. Check-in and check out process too is fast. Online booking is easy. Parking is limited.
