I recommend Grand Fiesta Americana Valle. Excellent cleanliness, very warm atmosphere, modern hotel room design, good lighting, excellent room layout. The beds are quite comfortable, the pillows are very comfortable. I like that the hotel is relatively new and all the facilities are in excellent quality. Customer service and attention are top quality, very friendly. The hotel has rooms that have very attractive views of the city. Front desk staff very friendly. Let me start by saying the staff is really nice and helped me very fast with the issues I encountered.
But the hotel has a lot of problems in the cleaning area, I think a resort of its category should have the rooms very clean before handing the key to the client.
I had to move from one room to another since my room was not cleaned after the previous guests.
And when arriving to the second room we encountered it was very dirty, it had chocolate stains in the phone, the coffee maker was very very dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the countertops had chocolate as well.
So I had to call again and ask for a person to clean my room since I didn’t had the confidence to make a second room change and find it dirty.

The Hotel is just below average. When I arrived the toilet seat and the shower floor look like they had not been clean in months. If you are here on business and want to get a good night sleep, think about staying at another hotel, I am on the 11th floor and the music outside is extremely loud, it goes on all night. It feels like I am at a beach resort and not a business city, this has been going on Monday and Tuesday so far. I unfortunately have 2 more nights before going home and cannot change hotels since this is a company sponsor trip.

IT was impossible to turn off the lights in the room due to a malfunctioning switch. In the morning, I spoke with the front desk but since I was checking out, I guess they even cared less. The answer I got " I will let my team know" not even an apology.

I stayed a couple of days at GFA Monterrey Valle on a Business Trip. I had a great stay (ask for upper floors). Front desk staff was new and had trouble both finding my reservation and getting me a room. Other than that service was impecable and roomservice was good.
I also asked for some of the ammenitties such as SPA and Pool and they werw closed and under renovation; I have stayed in other Fiesta Americana properties and for a hotel in this category I did not find anything extra from the Fiesta Americana brand to be calling themselves Grand. I believe you can find in San Pedro other good alternatives.

The place itself was awesome! Not to mention the service... was phenomenal ! It has a restaurant that will make extend your stay! I’m craving to go try all the different dishes they have, the chef is always willing to pamper you if there is a special request, this time I went with wife and kid (3 years old) for a medical appointment nearby, the hotel is in a very accessible area across the street from big shopping center and fun places.
I can’t wait to go back to Monterrey and go visit the many points of interest around the city and of course I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Very well located, pretty lobby and pretty rooms. My room had a great view. Business center and the space in the 18th floor very nice to work. Loved the amenities from L'occitane in the bathroom.
Staff very friendly all time!
The only thing I didn't like at all was that there's no courtesy coffee at the room, they have a Nespresso machine and if you ask for the capsules, they will be charged, and also, minibar was empty. I think that a hotel on this category should have both, complimentary coffee and a minibar where you can chose and pay whatever you want.
