We stayed here mid summer whilst cycling in the area. The hotel is located almost immediately opposite the gondola and has a variety of shops underneath, including a pharmacy and supermarket. It is in a great location and the views are spectacular. Room are basic but spotlessly clean and perfectly adequate. There is a small fridge and a sunny balcony...

Thank you for our report on TA - we appreciate clients taking the time to do this. I agree breakfast was chaotic in the morning with your group but with all 57 people descending in approx 3 mins it is difficult for it to be any other way. This was due to your group time constraints & activities. Normally breakfast...

We have just spent a week at this hotel on a ski trip and would like to say we had an incredible experience. There was a very friendly atmosphere and superb food - authentic French cuisine, and to our amazement our daughter managed to go a whole week without chips and ketchup!! The swimming pool was an added bonus in...

Thank you for taking the time to write something on TA. Only too happy to always cook fresh food - especially for children that enjoy it. The egg machine at breakfast is also always a hit for the children. It was equally a pleasure to have you with us for the week and hope that your french club appreciates all...

My brother and I had an excellent stay at this family run hotel. Our room was comfortable and well-serviced, the staff were friendly and happy to help, and the food (both breakfast and dinner) was fantastic. The whole hotel has a very friendly vibe about it, and it was great to chat to people at the bar in both English...

Lovely, family-run Anglo-French hotel in a great location a few minutes walk from the gondola. Clean, comfortable room with a south-facing balcony. Nicely presented restaurant and bar areas. The food was really delicious with new a la carte options each evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the swimming pool area - this could really...

Have just returned from a weeks skiing in Serre Chevalier during which we stayed at the Plein Sud. It was just great. Rooms, food (special mention, it was exceptional, even the locals eat there) and wine list terrific. Pay extra for a south facing room, it's worth it in our opinion. Lynne, the owner and her son Seb run a...
