This was our first visit to Polean farm and I don't think it will be our last! We visited here for February half term and stayed in the Shires Rest cottage, the cottage was beautiful, could not fault it at all, even in chillier temperatures it was cozy and warm, with a very welcoming log burner as well. It was the perfect setting...

We booked a very last minute break to Polean Farm and what a brilliant choice. Our little boy Charlie of 18 months got involved helping farmer Keith feed the animals every morning. Starting with the guinea pigs, goats, harry the pig 🐷 and the chickens. Farmer Keith made our holiday and his patience and attention to Charlie was amazing. We...

We booked Polean Farm very last minute and Richard was very accommodating at squeezing us in. There was 5 of us staying in Rosebud cottage which was lovely and totally equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. The log burner was a nice bonus too! Farmer Keith was excellent with the children and the animal feeding was...

We chose Polean Farm for a late September holiday with our daughter and our 18-month old granddaughter as there seemed plenty to do if the weather was bad. We were not disappointed - our little toddler loved it all, from the morning animal feeding ritual, to going to the stables at bedtime to say 'Goodnight' to the horses. All the...

Thankyou all for making our holiday absolutely brilliant, from welcome pack to all the friendly faces and of course the accommodation. We all had a great time on the farm and our girls Isabelle and Sienna will remember this week for along time!!! Big thankyou to Farmer Keith for his time and how he was with all the kids... priceless!...

We were worried about our first week away with our baby/toddler, but this place did everything we needed it to. Waggoners is all on the ground floor, so not worried about steps/stairs and our daughter could run around quite happily from one room to the other. We got a high chair and bed guard no problems We did the morning...

My family had a wonderful week here this September. Beautiful place , very relaxing and we bought our dogs who were very welcome and enjoyed the freedom of the large open fields. There was also an enclosed back yard which was great for the dogs. Property was large warm and well furnished and we combined eating in and local pubs...

Husband and I stayed with my parents, our toddler and our shih tzu cross for a week. Gorgeous welcome hamper including cream tea on arrival! Really nice cottage with plenty of homely touches and nice styling throughout. Our son loved Farmer Keith's sessions in the morning, feeding the animals and having a pony ride, this is such a personal touch...

We visited Polean Farm for a week, with four adults, a 3 year old and a dog. It's a great place for children as during the week they help with jobs around the farm each morning. Such as feeding chickens, goats, pig and cuddling guinea pigs. In return the children got to choose a fresh egg for their breakfast and...
