The first impression is a beautiful exterior, a pleasant welcome at the reception, lots of cats around and the beach is very close.
But after a day or two, the unpleasant and rude behavior of the restaurant and bar staff starts to get annoying.
For the first time in Greece, we were surprised with the restriction of alcohol served in bars.
The hotel has quiet hours, so you can't even play table tennis in the middle of the day.
The selection of food in the restaurant is small, high-quality. Minus - there was no fresh fish in two weeks ( isn't Samos an island??:) ).
We got a room with two terraces. The room was good quality and clean. The hotel area was also clean and tidy.
However, if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet rest, you can choose this hotel.

The pool areas quite ok, the beach right below the hotel not to recommend, but 4+500 away quite ok. As a football fan you went to watch a couple of games in the evening and good food and beer at the restaurants.
The room we had was quite ok, 224, but absolutely no coverage there, however good coverage and wifi by the pools.
Staff nice and fast.
The weather saved our weeks even though the wind blew a few days.
The island seems fantastic but will be something else next time.

It looks nice when you arrive at the hotel!
We arrived when there was about 30 minutes left for lunch, so up with bags in the room then down for lunch, and the food was tasteless and the drinks were barely drinkable!
But we were hungry so we tried to eat and the staff basically stood and watched us so that we would finish!
Everything would be ready when they closed at 3pm.
The drinks under all criticism as well as the wine.
Also a small selection of drinks on offer which is free.
After 11 pm everything costs.
During the week we have had breakfast at the hotel and lunch and dinner in town as we gave the hotel a taster but that we did not like it.
One day I handed the keys in at the reception because we were doing different things.
When we came back, the key was missing at the reception, whereupon they say that I have misplaced it and that it will cost us €300!
And that the reception has never lost anything.
But they agree to watch the film as I know with certainty what time I handed in the key.
After discussion, I get to borrow an extra key to the room, and they call after about 30 minutes and say that they found the key and that I can come and get it!
No apology or that they bothered to come up with it for us!
The rooms are okay with hard beds.
We have a view of the pool and the sea from our room!
However, a disadvantage as they have live music a couple of days a week until 11:00 p.m.

The food was not tasty, a bit of a soup kitchen idea and much tasted the same.
Rooms were ok but the beds did not have good mattresses. Slept poorly as a result.
Weird rules at the pool, the kids were not allowed to jump in the pool and there was a very grumpy lifeguard enforcing the rules in a very relaxed manner. If you had eaten an ice cream or cookie you were no longer allowed to enter the pool.
Every afternoon from 5:30 PM the pool was closed and you could no longer swim.
The Kids Club only had entertainment for the little ones, the older kids aged 7+ also had to entertain themselves with baby songs (kids disco). My sons thought it was boring.
Furthermore, the reception was unfriendly and not very service-oriented.

You are forced the wear a plastic wristband (to distinguish breakfast only, half board, full board). These bands are very annoying. They also have sharp edges and my son hurt himself with it when he scratched his face while sleeping.
Rooms are out of fashion but okay. Beds are not very comfortable. Bathroom very small.
Towels and sheets are changed twice a week. On sunday no room service, only the rubbish bin gets emptied.
Everything is clean and well-kept.
The food was simple but OK.
The only thing that bothered me personally was that a lot of the dishes had cinnamon in them, but that seems to be how Greek cuisine is.
