What an excellent B & B.The rooms were so stylish and super clean. The owners couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly especially as a we didn't give them much notice.River cottage just a short drive away made it a brillant stay for our cookery course.Would recommend this to anyone visiting Lyme Regis and the area.

Stayed overnight after visiting friends in Charmouth. To sum up our experience of Leigh House would be....super clean, super comfortable and super friendly. Has changed my perception of B&B accommodation and if visiting the area again would 100% stay here. Phillip who owns the place is a real character who is extremely welcoming. First rate.

We stayed at leigh house as we were visiting the River cottage canteen. On arrival we were greeted by the warm and friendly Marie, who was very accomodating and showed us to our room and then left us to it. The room was extremely comfortable and had lovely views so much so that I didn't want to leave. The bathroom... More

We stayed at this B & B for 5 nights & consider ourselves very lucky to have found it! Marie made us feel very welcome &was very helpful. The Red Room we stayed in was immaculate, clean & comfortable with a great view (including cows) across the valley. Lovely quiet location but also close to the main road. Breakfasts were... More

Stayed here for one night whilst attending a family function in Honiton. Made very welcome. Room extremely well equipped and fitted out. Most comfortable. Excellent breakfast - including items to meet dietary requirements (Coeliac) Would definitely stay here again and recommend it without reservation.

We had a lovely weekend staying at Leigh House B&B and exploring the local area. The host greeted us with a very warm welcome and let us store our bicycles in the garage (we were travelling by bike). The room was clean and comfortable with TV, tea, coffee and biscuits and a nice bathroom. As a Coeliac my request for... More

Stayed for one night, we could'nt believe what a wonderful place it is. We had the Red Room spotlessly clean everything you needed was there. Beautiful views across the countryside. Bed so comfortable we did'nt want to get up. Breakfast scrumptious. Marie and Phill very friendly. We were going onto Cornwall next day or would have stopped longer. Can'nt wait... More

My wife & I stayed at Leigh House for 3 nights last week. We were greeted like old friends by Marie who is a welcoming and most helpful host and had a most comfortable stay in an immaculate room. Marie & Philip lay on a breakfast which more or less does away with the need for lunch(!) and nothing is... More

We didn't stay here (planned trip this month), because they refused to book us with our son (age 2), in case we disturbed the other guests. I'm sure this is fine (and perhaps desirable, or typical of B&Bs), but it annoyed me that their promotional material did not indicate they didn't take children. I thought I'd put the review to...
