On our recent stay in Cornwall we were as disorganised as usual and booked 'on the hoof'!! We arrived quite late but there was ample parking outside the guest house and our host met us with a lovely smile. The room was spacious with a kingsize bed and a small ensuite bathroom. The room was furnished with an eclectic mix... More

What a wonderful experience to it was to have stayed here. We had the best accommodation anyone could wish for, A comfortable king size bed in a bedroom with a dressing room & a separate lounge. Better still was the hospitality & a breakfast second to none. I will be sure to stay for longer when next this way in... More

Great bnb in an excellent location for days trips around Cornwall. The beauty of the exterior was matched by the inside and the greetings from our hosts. From our comfortable beds thru to the excellent breakfast's with the best poached eggs that even the best restaurants in London can't match.

Stayed here for one night and was offered The Granary as rooms were all booked. The Granary is the separate little two storey accommodation across from the main house. Very comfortable beds, pillows and duvet amazing! Nice little lounge and kitchen area upstairs with a TV, selection of DVD's (not that we watched TV) tea and coffee making and fridge,... More

Beautiful bnb set in good location for exploring. Hosts were extremely helpful and knowledgeable . Helped us everyday plan our sightseeing. Bnb was very rustic/cosey and had lovely cornish feel. Our bed was very comfy, my only niggle was the pub across the way had a beer garden and there was a little noise in evening. We just closed the... More

Bissick Old Mill is a lovely place to stay whilst you explore the charms of Cornwall. Located approx 15 mins from Truro, the village of Ladock is very small and quiet so do not go expecting to see the hussle & bustle of St Ives. There is simply the pub and village shop come post office & that's it. That... More

Paddy is the perfect, accommodating, warm and friendly host.... Offered tea on arrival with homemade biscuits! The accommodation was okay but it really could do with a revamp.... The bed was creaky, even when putting your bag on it.... The other rooms noise echoed into our room.... The full Cornish breakfast was huge, well cooking but it a case of... More

Wonder B&B with welcoming hosts. The room we had was very clean and upon our arrival Patrick offered us tea or coffee after he settled us in. The breakfast was incredible. My husband had the full Cornish and struggled to finish as the portions were huge. Fresh fruit, cereal, juice and hot breakfast made to order. The village while rather non discribt... More

I would like to thank Vivienne & Paddy for the best B&B we have stayed in in Cornwall. The Granary was great and the breakfast excellent, my husband had forgotten his cable for charging his phone no problem, we asked where we could buy one the next thing we knew as if by magic one appeared. Thank you again for... More

Pros: The hosts were incredibile friendly. We had a personalized and tasty breakfast. We also enjoyed our room - the granary, it's advertised as a room for 2 adults, but its really a two room separate house, with its own entrance and small kitchen and was perfect for our family of 4 (2 children). Cons: Location: It's very subjective, but... More
