We revisited this establishment for the first time in 25 years after it being one of our first dates back then. We were once again amazed, mainly at how the place had changed so much yet still has its charm. We decided to have a meal, which we arrived without booking for, Miguel the boss man happily found us a...

The Crewe Arms is a lovely, old fashioned British pub, serving a high quality of freshly cooked food. The extra bonus is authentic tapas, as well as regular menu. My steak was cooked to perfection, and my partner said the tapas were tasty and fresh. Good-sized serves and prompt and friendly service. The Crewe Arms is a hidden gem, and...

This manages to be a friendly locals pub, a restaurant and a motel. But what really sets it apart is the food. The tapas are fantastic couple this with pleasant unobstrsive service and the Crewe arms is near perfect. Did I mention that the tapas are wonderful

So pleased this is becoming a really nice country pub again, had the Tapas here twice now and it was great both times, Set menu for about £17 or just pick the dishes you want. Whatever else you decide to have, the ribs are a must. Miguel is a great host and is really turning this place around with great...

We met up with a friend for lunch who had been so impressed following her recent visit. The Hotel is under new ownership and the couple are obviously working hard to improve even further what is already a most attractive building both inside and out. It has all the trappings of an old worldy pub, very spacious, with a warm...

Tapas it was then, for both of us. I have trailed the tapas bars of Barcelona and enjoyed sherry and offerings which I have not found anywhere else. Slow is what it is all about, slow and with flavour. Slow cooking has a special quality, the ribs here were delicious slowly cooked and with a special sauce. The rest was...

Decided to try the Wednesdays pie and free drink night after being impressed with the Tapas menu on our previous visit . I have to say that steak pie is one of my all time favourites of all time and i was not disappointed , the steak with wine was excellent and the green veg obviously very fresh. All staff...

I had a flat iron steak, my brother had the chicken & chorizo. We both really enjoyed the food, my brother a former chef was particularly impressed. It's great to see this place back on its feet. Wish the new landlord n landlady all the best. Keep doing food like that and you'll fill the place

We (two adults and one little girl) had just stumbled into the Crewe arms following a long day out. Have to say we were massively surprised, food was brilliant (tapas for adults and a gorgeous pasta for child) and the service was amazing. Never even thought of going here before but we will return. Give it a try.
