We stayed here just after Christmas. Apart from the amazing view and room we stopped in the £150 a night is incredibly steep for how run down the rest of the complex is. Certain staff members especially the woman who serves breakfast has got to be the most unwelcoming person I've come across in a very long time, cold coffee... More

Decided to treat my wife to a meal and a night away. The bay hotel is not far, was not our first choice (that was booked up), but I found it on line, and the Executive suite looked pretty awesome on the 360 on line tour, so we booked it. I had a few emails with Irene on reception. Fantastic... More

Arrived before check in time and room was ready. Lead to our lovely executive suite. Suite was lovely with nice lounge area and bed just up flight of stairs. Room service arrived promptly. The resultant experience was brilliant with 5star service from our waiter Bartek. Bartek's service was exceptional. What a great attentive waiter!! The food was really tasty and... More

1st time stayed here and will be the last, on arrival we were informed for the 1st time we had to pay a £100 deposit which I thought was way over the top, this had never been mention from anyone(booked through travel republic) why a deposit in the first place, we were then put into a disabled room which is... we decided that on our route to St Andrew's we would have an overnight stay here. It is situated on a caravan site , which at first did not impress us, however, we could not fault the hotel, staff or restaurant. Room was very nice, although we did not have a sea view. Restaurant, on our opinion is not old-fashioned... More

Took my mother here for her birthday. Rooms were very nice, decorated to a high standard. Ate in the restaurant. It was All a bit old fashioned but the food was good and the waiting staff were very friendly. The views out over the sea were amazing

The hotel has a fantastic location and we were lucky enough to get a room at the front with a balcony and amazing views over the Firth of Forth towards Edinburgh and Leith. At night the lights sparkled across the water, and the waiter in the restaurant told us he often saw porpoises when walking his dog on the beach... More
