We intended to stay for 2 nights and checked out the same day as we checked in. The room was riddled with bugs, stained sheets staff had a key to an electronic safe and it was disgusting! Don't stay here!

I have been to Lembongan a number of times in the last 12 years. The first time I stayed at Coconut Beach was in that year. Although Lembongan was not as developed as current, the resort was an absolute disgrace regarding service, maintenance and food. Just last week I spent three nights there. The only reason I decided Coconut was...

Other than the view there was nothing nice about our stay here. Right from the start it was bad. We were dropped of at the back of the resort on an unpaved muddy track with no signage at all. No arrow pointing to reception, no one in sight. Luckily a staff member happened along to point us in the right...

Getting there using a boat is quite adventurous where big waves hits the cliffs and you have to climb the stairs by the cliff :D Should have a...

Came here for a short mini get away last month with my hubby and our little boy. Location was gorgeous, Hotel Manager was incredibly accommodating sending a boat to come get us from Mushroom bay after checking out of another hotel as they had no hot water. Our little bungalow or room had the most amazing views! We ate at...

Smugglers bar and restaurant: Waited 2 hours for our meals without an apology. We assumed that was because the food was being prepared well. However, the food was horrific. Everything was simply warmed in a microwave. Even a basic jaffle was completely cold, soft and undercooked. We had 7 meals and 5 starters. All just as terrible as each other....

I was there during the December last. The property is very beautiful. It is very spacious. everything was perfect. Only food was a little problem for me, as my wife is a pure vegetarian, so we were not satisfied with the available food options for a vegetarian. Everything else was up to the mark. I am definitely going there again....

Great place to eat and watch the view. The chicken curry was light and fresh. Great entertainment. Cheap price for food. A must if you come over. Didn't stay at the resort but definitely the restaurant is a must
