Stayed here for four nights in a ocean view room. It was pure bliss! Perfect place to slow down, watch the ocean and lay around the pool while having a bite to eat. The room is kept cool with the air conditioning and is the perfect size, very cosy! The bathroom does have open fencing although this didn’t bother us, we had very minimal mosquitos venture into the bathroom. The restaurant offers a nice selection of food. The complimentary breakfast has 5-6 options and we found this to be sufficient and great quality. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. They also offer massages! And have a cute little hut where this service is provided. Yohanes and his team provided great customer service during our stay. Yohanes is very friendly, has good English and helped us with any activities we wanted to do and easily answered any questions we had. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have a thicker blanket in each room for extra comfort for a good nights sleep and possibly air conditioning in the massage hut. Would highly recommend and stay again!

The pix do not lie, it really is as good as it looks. Super friendly and helpful staff, some with pretty good English. Massages are very good and the grounds are extremely well maintained. Nothing has been too much trouble. Staff organised outings like snorkelling, transfers, island tours and restaurant transport without any hesitation. This place is very quiet so probably wouldn’t suit kids but lots of restaurants in the area. In-house restaurant needs some attention, small menu and not the best standard but certainly adequate. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great break.

Dear familytime999 Thank you for letting us know that you had a great honeymoon time here in our resort. We are sincerely concerned and apologize that your experience at our restaurant is not up to your expectations. However, since we are newly open, we are already working on a new menu tailored to provide a better dining experience for our future guest. Looking forward to see you again in the near future. The accommodation: The while cottages are simple in style, high raised four poster beds, spacious and contemporary. I liked it. Recommendation would be to smarten up the amenities, squeezie tube shower gel hardly spells luxury. Housekeeping seem to leave glasses and mugs behind and are not particular thorough. You must put a fridge in room and more so a larger security box or safe. A full size mirror wouldn’t go amiss & an in room guide for guests re the history, location and hot spots. The setting: Extremely pretty, well kept lush landscapes, a decent size pool with plentiful lounger with views of the ocean however there is no beach. The restaurant: A very basic menu, an extremely poor breakfast offering and overall standard of food. Fresh juices are dilute with syrup blended with ice. It lacks ambiance, the team tend to sit in the doorway on their mobiles. One morning the music was so loud I couldn’t here myself. The location: The roads are at best mixed terrain with pot holes everywhere. The hotel would be best suited to have a shuttle into various hot spots as it’s a little removed from the main strip and a walk to mushroom beach. The staff: The language barrier is huge, but they are trying and unless they’ve worked in luxury they wouldn’t know what’s expected. Some shining stars in the team, Diane and more so Ento. I genuinely feel when Ento was on shift things ran smoother however to be a waitress & reception leaves her role open to confusion and I believe in lieu of leadership she’s be the colleague most suited to the role. Lastly some management presence wouldn’t go amiss. A hotel I hope to see improve as time continues and am confident it has the hallmarks to do so.

Stayed as a couple for 3 nights midweek in Paus Putih Hotel on Lembongan. Pros - New complex with cute hut villa style buildings - 15 in total. Very clean. Nice pool which always seemed quiet and chilled - comfy new sun loungers to relax on. View out to Sea but this is not a swimming or sun bathing spot due to the tide. Comfy large bed within the villa. Friendly owner who was available for any issues or questions. Restaurant available for food and breakfast included which is basic but ample for the day. Shower was always warm and decent pressure considering where you are in the world. Room for improvement- Villa / room nice but very basic. Lacking bottle water in the room - a jug is provided which they fill up daily but would feel safer drinking from bottled water. No hairdryer in the rooms. No fridge. No mirror in bedroom. Restaurant- states was open until 10pm for food, although on the first night we tried and 9.40 and they said no they had closed up! Issues at check in - was expecting the room to be available at 2pm but this wasn’t cleaned and ready until 4.30pm although the owner did offer us 2 free beers due to the delay Location - some may find this too off the beaten track if you are not willing to hire a scooter. Hard to walk anywhere after dark as the tide comes up on the ‘footpath’ at the back of the beach. Staff in the hotel not the best English and were off no real help as to where you could walk to. Tip - if you are venturing out in the evening use restaurants / bars which offer a free pick up and drop off service as they will pick you up in their vans for free (just tip the driver something) We visited Deck bar one night and Hai Ri Zen the next which were both really nice for food and drinks! Overall pleasant stay in new complex which provides a chilled vibe and peaceful stay. Would opt for somewhere closer to bars and restaurants that are a safe walking distance if was to return to Lembongan!

Really so unimpressed with this place. On first glance it’s really beautiful, the place looks visually pleasing almost with a Greek feel. However, it greatly lets itself down. Firstly, the rooms are very bog standard. There is no fridge, no safe (apart from a little lockable box glued to a table), no fresh water each day, no cleaning of the room, one dirty blanket to sleep with and awful bathroom with horrible white lighting. We had to ask every evening for the hot water to be turned on as it wasn’t working, this is a feat in itself as the staff Hardly speak any English at all. If anything, they spend the majority of their time sat down looking at their phones. When we were checking in, the girl was going through her WhatsApp messages while we were talking! The pool area is fine, the breakfast is fine.. nothing is special at all abou this place. Also, it is a nightmare to walk in the daytime or evening to anywhere remotely busy. If you want to get there quickly you have to walk along a tide line of rocks which is very slippery and dangerous - and unwalkable if the tide is in! I think in general, Nusa Lembognan is a pointless island to come to. There is nothing to do, the beaches are not very nice and the people are nothing like the lovely Balinese or those on the Gili islands. We were shocked by the attitudes on those on Nusa because we have only received lovely behaviour from everyone else on other islands and the mainland! Overall, I wouldn’t come back to the island or the hotel.
