We have stayed already around ten times in this hotel and it was pleasant surprise to see that the pool area was partly renovated. Especially it concerns the spa area floor which is renovated to no slippery floor (before it was very slippery and it was always worrying to walk with a child or visiting pool with eldery people). Some of the saunas were closed due to renovating process but it was okay as lot of saunas and jacuzzy areas were open. Water was very clean and nice temperature.

In general hotel in fine, spa is wonderful, especialli vip zone.
But, in covid time I would recommend to service breakfast not as previously. I think coffee and drinka may be brought by waitress. Or at least coffee machines and spoons in beverages should be cleaned/changed often. Otherwise safety level is low.

In general, everything was nice and ok, but some things were a little disturbing. For example, at breakfast there where employees checking if you had paid for breakfast, but where you sat was no longer their business. The problem was that there were no vacancies. And this was because a few people were sitting at a table that was for 4-6 people. As a result, families could not sit anywhere because the tables were all full. After all, the hotel knows that the house is full and there are many families in the house, so you could think about it and coordinate a little people sitting at the breakfast table so that individual people would sit at the tables for one or two person and families could sit at larger tables.
In addition, car parking spaces were very narrow. When the car was parked and there was car parked in the adjacent parking lot, it was very difficult for the children to get out of the car so that the doors would not hit the car next to it. At this point, one could think a little about people's comfort, but not follow the minimum requirement for the width of the parking space.
The floor of the hotel room was very badly scratched, one large and coarse scratched line ran across the room. In addition, the hotel had a lot of swollen and old ugly floor moldings.

Booked a room with a twin bed and told ahead that we are travelling with a 4 year old - is it too much to ask for an extra blanket and a pillow ? Sheets had some spots on them, otherwise pillows had nice height and blankets were warm. Shower curtain is too short and bathroom floor gets wet and slippery in an instant. Food was OK, mood was ruined by fighting in the bar area. Stop serving alcohol to drunk guests! Sauna and spa area was awesome, nice warm water and air. But getting there is a hassle, the entrance is on the third floor, has a lengthy and _extremely_ cold walk in the hallways and stairwells to get to the pools and waterpark. Floors, again, very slippery. Sauna area opens 9 in the morning and you are able to take a short relaxing swim before leaving, but since the indoor bar isn't operational and the drinks bar opens at 11, be aware that if your child wants a drink (even water), you'll have to take a chillingly cold walk all the way from the saunas to the showers, back to dressing room, get dressed, leave via gates, go back to first floor, get a drink from the bar and take the whole trip back...

Good quality and price relation.
Rooms were a little old, needs some refreshment, but otherwise everything was nice and easy.
PS: Dinner buffe could last till 21:00 at least, because when you have some spa procedures then you just wont manage by time.

Rooms are clean - an I mean spotless, bed is comfortable, spa area is nice, spa treatments were great and all the staff we met were cheerful, helpful and overall nice.
The dinner we had at the restaurant is now our most ridiculous food experience story to tell. Everything was under seasoned, bland and just confusing. Beef tartar has black lentils for some reason, salmon entree had an egg yolk with it... Both entrees were fridge cold, not even room temperature. Tomato pasta with prawns was actually made with those tiny-tiny shrimps, that were still cold. Pasta was overcooked and tomato sauce was probably straight from jar. Fish main course's asparagus was overcooked and brown. Cream cheese dessert was like entrees - straight from the fridge and looked dry. By that point everything about this dinner was so funny for us, we weren't even mad anymore. We gave feedback to our server who was so lovely and nice. He clearly was mortified about the food that came out of this kitchen, but he tried his best. I reckon what makes matters worse is that the head chef was in service in the kitchen that day. Breakfast was about as average.
In the pub we had just some snacks and these were okay.

We enjoyed our vacation in this hotel very much. Room was nice and we had wonderful view from balcony or from bed. I'd say rooms are usually quiet but if children ran on next floor then that we heard. Gym have enough equipment to do different kind workouts - we preferred time between 14-16 when gym was only for us.
Waterpark and saunas were also good. Only things we noticed was that floor was extremely slippery even if you do baby steps and the salt ran fast out in salty sauna. For us not a big deal!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel ans SPA. The pub was alright - we didn’t expect much from a pub. It was all good until we decided to visit the restoraunt on our last evening of stay. The start was good and friendly service, but it dissappeared during the evening. The service was very unprofessional comparing with price we paid. The main dishes were poorely served. The Servant didn’t ask our preference of meat cooked and served it rare by default - should have been medium, but it was far from that. We were sitting with all dirty plates on the table. Servant absolutely forgot our table. Terrible service and resto experince. We had to leave the resto with dishes not finished, bad mood and nobody bothered about our issue. They just said oops, sorry - shot happpens :D. Absolute disaster!!!!

Don’t visit!!! Save your money!!!

We stayed there 3 nights on 9-12 of May, 2022.
Hotel: We had 2 rooms. Rooms were clean and beautyful, except that there were one uncleaned teacup. Hotel side was nice and comfortable.
Water center was unconvinient, especially to visit with elder people. The dressing room is on the 3rd floor, but saunas and pools are on the 1st floor. You have to go long way to get to the water center. There are high stairs, the elevator did not work at this time so our grandmother could not go to there. Shower room was clean, but there were no bench where granny could sit while washing. We asked for a chair from administrators place. Stuff were friendly.
Fitness rooms were good. There were good selection of equipment nad quite a lot of space. At this time there were a few group tranings (only yoga and aqua).
Restaurant was clean and beautiful. Breakfasts were rich and delicios.
Location is great. Hotel is near by beach. We drove about 15 minutes to Narva. Parking was paid on the hotel area (3€/per day).

Amazing location, lovely village and nice spa hotel. Friendly staff. However we had some trouble with services, using gift cards was eay too complicated, when ee arrived the room wasn’t ready for us and we also had language barrier but overall its worth the experience. Waterpark is new and cool!
