We got off the rail from London and this hotel was so hard to find from the rails. We finally found it but it is in a very sketchy area. When we got there we found the front desk staff to be very nice and competent, but there was some miscommunication because he did not speak english and could not...

I've been a regular visitor to Brussels by EuroStar. This hotel is brilliant for the station, metro, buses and bike rental scheme. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating (especially when I've needed local advice). The hotel is functional, with a good breakfast spread. The friendliness of the staff makes it a pleasant stay. Thanks guys

Our bathroom door did not close properly, meaning who ever was on the toilet was clearly visible to the rest of the hotel room ! When we addressed this with the staff he found our concern funny ! We did not find the fact that you could not go to the toilet privately because the doors were faulty funny !...

No frills 3 star hotel. Breakfast spread is reasonable, starts at 5 am weekdays and 6 am weekends. Bring a kettle or hot water rod , cup etc if you want to make hot drinks in the room. Location is good, walking distance to Brussels midi train station. Going to the airport is easy as well, either from train station...

Friendly and helpful staff specially de desk attendant on the evening shift. Not the best neighborhood at night time but the...

Great value for money. Short walk from Brussels midi station. Basic but very clean and tidy. Small bathroom but otherwise comfortably large room. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Open through the night for when the Eurostar breaks down which is what happened to us!

This hotel is very well located and we had a good reasonable price. The rooms were clean and the bed/mattress were also really decent. I would specially recommend this hotel for who is arriving in the city by train as it is walking distance from the train station.

The hotel has a handy position, with Brussels Midi practically over the road. There is a varied breakfast bar, complete with toaster and egg-boiler. The breakfast room is very spacious with plenty of scope for finding a seat. The front-facing rooms can be a bit noisy at night with rail traffic opposite. However, if you like watching the trains go...
