Fully refurbished in February 2021 - Still works in progress... Hotel Manos Stephanie is ideally located in the heart of Brussels, just a few meters away from the most fashionable shopping and business districts such as the prestigious Place Stephanie and Avenue Louise. Our hotel is a reflection of Brussels' genuine hospitality. The lobby and corridors form a permanent exhibition of the most beautiful antiques. We provide enchanting rooms, decorated in Louis XVI style. To enhance your enjoyment, our marble bathrooms are fully-equipped with toilet requisites, a bath robe, a hair-dryer, a shower, a bathtub and a toilet. Other amenities include air-conditioning, a mini-bar, an individual safe, a radio-clock, a telephone, a desk, cable TV and a balcony in some rooms. The Manos Stephanie is committed to providing our guests with the highest standards of care and attention, something we would not be able to provide without our dedicated team of staff. Our restaurant is located in our other hotel, called Manos Premier Hotel, which is 200 m away. Our bar is on-site. We recommend you to visit the city in your free time. Here you can find a lot of tourist attractions and spend a very nice day getting to know better our culture, history and tradition.

We never made it to Europe due to Covid. Manos Stephanie kept promising a refund and we met all the requirements they raised but after a year we still haven't got our money back. We were very patient, as we understood how difficult Covid made things. Now they don't even reply to my emails.

Overall, my stay here in September 2019 was excellent. Customer service was great and the interior of hotel was nice. My room was a bit larger than expected, but it was nice. It did have some scuff marks and chipped paint, it was nothing to throw a hissy fit over. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Standard continental fare, but it was good enough to get me going for the day. Plus the free apples in the lobby were a great snack to have when exploring the town. The only issue I really head was the lighting on my floor. It was really dark when exiting the elevator and very hard to see keyhole for door. Also, elevator is very tiny, so if you have large bags, expect to carry them up the stairs.

Dear KCC09876, Many thanks for your late review. So many things happened between your stay in September 2019 and now. It's almost like a century ago. But, we took the opportunity to refurbish completely the hotel. So, for your next stay in Brussels, don't miss to visit us and discover from this fall the new design of the Manos Stephanie. More contemporary! Take care and all the best,

We were welcomed with grace and kindness. The entrance is beautiful, our room was very clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom had great towels. Their breakfast is very good, with a large variety of items. We enjoyed our stay.

A nice hotel if you can get it for 100€ per night or less. Reception is a beautiful area and the staff are fantastic, but the rooms are dates and a bit grubby in places. We stayed for 100€ per night with breakfast which I believe was a fare price for what we received. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, understaffed and constantly having to wait on basics of bread orange juice and eggs to be refilled. The first morning of our stay we were seated beside a large dog at our breakfast table ! It's a dog friendly hotel but I thought a dog trying to lick my breakfast plate was a step too far. Over all this isn't a bad hotel and well situated, but be prepared for chaotic breakfast time and dogs !

Dear Guest, We apologize for the inconveniance you had during your stay. The hotel will be completely refurbished during this summer in order to be more effective and attractive. Concerning the breakfast experience, we'll figure out what happened exactly, also for the dogs, which normally shouldn't be allowed in the breakfast room. Best regards,

Just returned back home after 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. Absolutely spotlessly clean! Very comfy bed! Loved my large room! Especially my plasma tv! Breakfast was delicious! Excellent choices, the only complaint was the scrambled egg & bacon etc was Luke warm! Think you should invest in a better container so the food is HOT! apart from that so enjoyed my stay! Lovely reception staff ! Especially the gentleman on this morning at checkout!!

Well located and nicely decorated hotel, nothing spectacular. The rooms are indeed a bit tired with plenty of stains on the carpet etc so I guess they're up for renovation soon. They'll also have to invest in acoustic insulation as you hear the elevator or your neighbors pretty well. The breakfast is okay, nothing special. The biggest shock came however not when I discovered the condom wrapper under my bed in the morning but in the complete apathy of the front desk operator dealing with it. This guy was not at all surprised by a condom left by a "previous guest" or even "a staff member", claimed my room was "well cleaned" and that I must have slept in a "clean bed" (I didn't check as I arrived exhausted the night before, but I can assure you I felt pretty dirty after this discovery). However "these things happen" as this hotel is "rented by the hour" he claimed. ????? This hotel is clearly run by a bunch of incompetent zombies, in complete disinterest of "customers" staying there, a word that obviously disappeared from their dictionary, wishing they were doing something interesting, elsewhere. Such a pity.

The hotel is basically okay. But it in no way matches the price and appearance of the website. - The rooms are run-down - The drain in the bath does not work properly, so you end up standing in water to your ankles - The mini bar is not filled up from day to day and a coke in it was 1 month old - The breakfast is nothing special, some dry bread, etc. well below what to expect - Light is missing from the hallways, so you can hardly find the keyhole for the room However, it must be said that the staff were all nice

This is a great hotel. I often stay here when visiting Brussels because its near the center of town , on a tram route and is well-kept and friendly. it mainly patronised by businessmen during the week and couple on tour at the weekend. rooms are comfortable , classic decoration and the bathrooms clean and well-equipped.

Boy was I surprised. The place was beautifully decorated and well kept for an old historic place. The front desk help were well trained and very nice and extremely helpful. The bed was a king and wonderful. The hotel is on the street with a parking garage underneath. The free breakfast was very good. I felt like the rich and famous. I highly recommend Manos Stephanie Hotel

stayed at the hotel for a business stay for 1 night together with my partner. The hotel itself is classic, beautiful and the superior room is spacious and equipped with everything you expect. Includes a Nespresso machine. The hotel would receive a much higher rating if the staff had been more cordial and genuinely interested. They were correct but distant. As a hotel you can make the difference with excellent service. Unfortunately that was not the case. The hotel itself is fine but the staff certainly not fantastic.
