Just good place to stay. Good pizza shop across street just couple of steps away. Do not like pizza usually, but these was soft and tasty. Room clean, staff helpful. They even said compensate days I paid but had to leave because of virus. Not sure if it happens, but at least they said so
I had flown from South Africa to Paris and then caught the bus to Brussels. I was tired after the traveling. They were sweet and considerate and Kyle the sales executive was an absolute star. He made sure I had everything I needed while I waited for my sister to come through from Luxembourg. Room was comfortable. Hotel was close to the train station.
I stayed here on business for a couple of nights, as I had meetings dotted around Belgium, and this was a central convenient place, and was well priced. The hotel is fairly modern, has all the features and amenities you'd expect, and feels both like a Hilton as well as being Belgian. The location is in a well to do area, and is about a 20-30 min walk from the Grand Place, but there's plenty of action close by. There are a number of good restaurants in the area, all within walking distance, and plenty of good pubs too. There is no shortage of choices! The hotel also has a bar and restaurant, and I made good use of the bar. The rooms are comfortable and large, typical of what you'd expect at a HGI, making for a nice stay over all. Parking is on site (entry from the adjacent street), and breakfast was also decent with some good choices, hot and cold. The hotel is definitely fit for purpose, and I'd probably stay again, particularly for business.…
It is in a bit of strange part of Brussels. Walking distance to the train station (Midi / Zuid). Breakfast is a bit basic, but a good selection of breads. I did not eat in the Restaurant. Rooms were modern, big and clean. Redeeming feature was that it is half the price of the Hilton at Grand Place.
Pretty much everything was amazing with our stay - I feel that the breakfast is priced too high but that's my only complaint. The staff were lovely and friendly and really helful when I wanted to print out a ticket for an excursion. We could also leave our bags at the hotel for our final day which means we could fully enjoy it :)
