The very nicely situated near Loiuse, but a bit far away from the busy places including restaurants. Apart from the Friday night noises outside the hotel, which is almost inevitable anywhere in Brussels, you could have a decent rest in your room well before midnight. The staff working there are all nice. The breakfast is also nice with decent choices. The Wi-Fi connection is not perfect, but comparatively nice for normal use: the very affordable connection which you could expect at hotels.
A wonderful and perfect combination To describe my stay at this hotel needs some recent and ancient history. Ancient History - Decades ago I was in this hotel previously owned for several months, so returning to the hotel was nostalgic. recent history - about a year and a half ago I made a reservation to stay at a hotel for four nights for my wife and me. Order without the possibility of change or cancellation. Some time after the booking the corona broke, the flights were canceled, a closure was imposed and of course I was not able to get to the hotel. An email I sent to the hotel was answered quickly and politely and I was told that of course I could arrive at another time. Finally, on July 15, exactly forty years since my wife and I met, we arrived at the hotel, requested and received the exact same room I was in decades ago. And for all this thank you very much to the hotel staff :) And now for the review. The hotel is located close to Louise Avenue, walking distance from most tourist sites and also walking distance from metro, tram and bus stops to any place and site. The room is cozy, comfortable and spacious.in The room: air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee and tea. Modern shower and toilet room equipped with everything needed. There is not much to detail about the hotel facilities as the hotel is defined as four stars and it definitely meets the definition. The only thing that is not perfect at the hotel is the price of breakfast which is a bit high per person. But there is no obligation to eat at the hotel :) The notable difference between this hotel and dozens of similar hotels I have visited in the past is the service. Any question or request I raised was quickly answered efficiently with politeness and warm attitude, whether it was a request for milk for coffee on arrival or explanations about public transport. There is no doubt that the service attitude and atmosphere were above and beyond my expectations and all I have left is to say thank you very much and highly recommend choosing the hotel to stay in Brussels.…
Clean & Compact hotel just off the centre of Brussels. The staff were friendly and the twin room was sizeable by European City standards. I would stay there again. There are vending machines in the lobby for food and drink.
A nice hotel, in a calm street, but only a 10 minute walk from the city center. Also, public transportation is nearby (Metro and tram). The hotel is situated just around the corner of the rue jourdan, where you will find a mix of restaurants with various cuisines, and also just 100m away from the 'Avenue Louise', The famous Brussels exclusive shopping street.
Stayed here over a long weekend hotel clean and modern. Rooms a nice size, beds comfortable, mattress in ur room looked new. Nice little touch with min shampoo etc. Tran and coffee facilities and a fridge. Breakfast nice, good choice, a little expensive but it does save hunting about elsewhere. Hotel is on a back street just off of a main road with lots of restaurants and shops about. I would say Gare du midi station is the nearest to the hotel and about 15 mins walk if you don't like a walk then the metro to Louise takes 5 min to walk to the hotel. The only issue we had which was not the hotels fault was a total idiot racing up and down the road with an horrendous exhaust that woke us each night we were there. Having said that the hotel seemed to ignore it!.
Unfortunately our rooms were really dirty. Human hair was on the floor and in bathroom. Old, dirty and small bathrooms. Not value for money. Perfect location. Near to metro station and many restaurants and bars.
good confortable hotel for stay in Brussels area of louisaplein and shopping area. spacious rooms and small hotel not too crowdy nearby shopping street, nice restaurants and good acces to metro, bus stations
Really comfortable hotel for centre city. Tea and coffe and room fridge great plus. Staff are really friendly and super helpful. Hotel is located close to restaurants and transport, and very good for sightseeing
Very nice, comfortable, clean and well-positioned hotel. The rooms are large and silent. The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is varied and served in a very cozy area. Always my preferred choice in Brussels.
I was very comfortable during my five-night stay at the NH Hotel Stephanie. The hotel is not in the center of city, but it's a pleasant walk to the city center. Also, there is a metro stop nearby. Just around the corner from the hotel is a street with several good restaurants. I enjoyed the Belgian, French, Iraqi and Vietnamese restaurants, but did not have time to try the Italian, Lebanese, Thai, or other choices. There is also a nice grocery store on this street with good options for snacks and drinks, etc. My room, number 209, was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The room overlooked a quiet street. The hotel staff were outstanding, friendly and full of helpful advice. I would stay here again.
