Big and bright bedrooms on the 6th floor with stunning view on the Brussels skyline. Romantic sunset included, when the sun shows up (good luck with that!) Very strategic location: a stone’s throw away from the main attractions around Louise/St Gilles and Flagey. Delicious continental breakfast and nice hall to welcome guests, even during unpleasant Covid-19 times. Great staff: always smiling, welcoming and available. Special thanks to Luca, Arianna & Patrick! Teresa
This hotel is well located. The staff is great. The breakfast is very good. But the rooms are very badly designed. Only one electric plug, far from the bed. It makes it very difficult to sleep there if you have to wear a CPAP. Very few space for the clothes. Do not bring luggage with clothes for a week in this hotel. The shower is awful. It does not work and the glasswall over the bath lets the water leak everywhere.
From the moment we entered the property we were greeted by the most friendly duo. We arrived at 8:30 in the morning but the hotel made sure we got our rooms on arrival, a first for me during all my travels. They were so very helpful from the front desk to the restaurant staff, all immaculate. We felt that the hotel was going through a big of refurbishment as there were pieces of wood and door binders loose near the elevator. Nice room with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. The hotel does not have lunch or dinner served , they do have a vending machine in the lobby for drinks and coffee though. Walking distance to Louise street, right in the center of the city. Never will I go elsewhere while in Brussels! Best best hotel.
This is a very quiet and comfortable hotel, situated within five minutes easy walk from Louise metro stop. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Our standard room was spacious and had a big comfortable bed. My only criticism is that, with the housekeeping staff working until 17:00, you may find – if staying for more than one night –that your room may not be made up until the late afternoon. Breakfast is very good, with a wide choice, and supplies are regularly replenished by the very efficient staff. If you have nothing better to do than watch TV, there is a wide choice of programmes in a variety of languages. The hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner, but there is a good choice of restaurants just around the corner in Rue Jourdan.
This was a short stay of 5 nights, first time at this hotel, one of numerous visits in one of my favourite destinations. My review will be about the room, the location and the service: The Room Rooms in this hotel are very nice, spacious for two people. Well equipped, nicely furnished. Beds were on the hard side, but fine. Room seemed clean and well maintained. The bathroom, while small, was fine by me, with all you expect or need. The Location Don't get turned off by looking at the map - in reality, walking to the Avenue Louise is much closer than it seems. In the vicinity of the hotel you have an abundance of choices for dining - be it Italian, Burgers, fast food, cafe.. you name it. Metro station and Tram are very close, walking to the city centre is not a problem at all. You can easily walk to the Grand Sablon square, with it's wonderful shops (especially Wittamer.. ), to the Mont des Art where you'll find a collective of art museums, including Musee Magritte. The Service Service in this hotel was superb! In my opinion, the real treasure of this establishment are the staff. You can get a more central and chic location, or a fancier room.. but the people we've encountered at the front desk were all exceptional. If we needed answers or just had an occasional chat, they were always very friendly and smiling. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the lovely staff for a lovely stay, I'm pretty sure I'll see them again.…
