We booked the hotel for a two - day visit in Brussels. The service was quite nice as well as the breakfast. What we loved the most was the interior and exterior, the only drawback was the view from the windows. For the rest the stay was quite pleasant.

The employees at the front desk is very friendly. Despite Covid-19, the breakfast is very good. Extensive choice at the breakfast buffet, including the possibility to order ham and eggs. That would be a 4* if not: There is a visible WLAN but no internet connection possible. Either with Apple or Microsoft devices. Reviews in the internet show that there are issues since the year of 2016 where connection with WLAN is impossible or with inappropriate transfer speed. Unacceptable for a business hotel. The location is good. Approximately 15 min walking distance into the city center.

All over a nice stay for a Brussels visit and leisure trip. Spacious rooms with the new urban Flair concept chique. The rooms facing the street are noisy and loud, we stayed trough the weekend and after trams passing by the street was busy with volks enjoying a night out causing the necessary noise. This was till early morning. So ask for a backside facing room. The pillows are flimsy and thin but the bed firm and a good sleep if we had a better pillow. The next day we asked for extra set of towels and pillow and we got them quickly and without discussion. The Hotel is very close to the high streets of Louise ans in vibrant neighbourhood Close to most main attractions and access to public transport. We did enjoyed our stay very much but several small issues during the stay made me decide i would choose another hotel next time....

Dear Sir, First of all, I would like to thank you for selecting Pentahotel for your Brussels leisure trip. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious room with our XXL bed as well as the hotel atmosphere. I am sorry to read you were disturbed by the outside noise. Indeed, we are located in the city center and even if our super hero windows we can sometime hear the noise from the city. I hope we will have the pleasure to host you again and have you located at the back side. Have a lovely day, Penta Yours, Gaëlle

I stayed here in August, I asked for a bigger room and they gave me, very nice from them. The room could be cleaner, there was a water bottle under the bad, but nothing serious. The people working were very nice, the place in general is pretty and very close to transports and nice places as well. I just didn’t like the fact that the corridor were Very dark, I don’t know if it is normal, and I hated the fact that I had to pay for that city tax thing and that something else that they said that would give me back and I’m not even sure if they did. The place is cool, but I was expecting more from a four star hotel. But overall was good .
