Bad experience with a aggressive and rude waitress that was the manager of the night “Esmeralda”. I usually don’t permit myself to bad rates but unfortunately with my experience I had to. I ordered a daiquiri fraise (my favorite cocktail I always order). Today, Mine was too sweet and wasn’t what I expected. So I kindly asked to find a way to make me consume what I paid because I couldn’t even drink my glass. She didn’t accept the fact that I complained about her cocktail and told me that if I want another one I have to pay. wouldn’t listen to me, talks at the same time as me, leave and let me talk alone then dare to talk about me to other clients in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand.

The hotel is nice but staff is quite unfriendly, especially the young girl working upstairs in the conference room. Absolute frustrated nutcase. She was very aggressive to me as I went to take tea bags which I thought were free. No need to be so uptight in a hotel that makes that much money.

Had a 3 night stay here. Was pleasant, quiet (but we were at the bavk of the hotel), very clean, spacious. Staff were very friendly, Hotel was sat in a good location. Down side, staff were a bit slow in the restaurant, food was average for the price.

Lovely hotel, close to the centre, nice rooms clean staff was attentive however we wasn't notified before we arrive that the night run in the city centre was coming through the hotel lobby at night having 3500 people coming through taking a few hours leaving the bar area loud and out of use pretty much Water station was good and 24 hour reception and bar was a plus Also we paid more for a nicer hotel to be struck with a 14 euro city tax which we wasn't made aware of until check out none of this we was told about before our trip just abit more communication would have been nice

This hotel was perfect wily located for what we needed - a base for a few nights’ city break. The room was spacious although our room did have a few ‘tired looking’ areas. Air con had tape holding a bit on and bathroom had a few broken ‘bits’. That being said, I would stay here again without hesitation. Staff were all lovely. Very polite and attentive. Breakfast buffet was delicious and more than you could ever want. So much to choose from and all very nicely cooked.

Bed was huge and very comfortable. Good selection for breakfast. 10 minute walk to Metro station. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Grand Place 30 minute walk. Only downside was no wardrobe and limited drawer space in room, not really suitable for a longer stay.

Very nice hotel location is best near to metro .room was very big . Bathroom was clean . View from room was very nice . breakfast was cool lot of food items . service was great.lift was nice. Water was free . Restaurant was very cool at ground floor. Eve and germi were very efficient.

Terrible vibe. More of a bar than a hotel. The hotel was painted black and the reception are was actually the bar. There was no one at to contact the front desk from the room. I asked for my room to be cleaned and in three nights it never was. No portage. The staff was very nice.

What a fantastic experience! I stayed for a week. The room was lovely and super clean. The staff spoke very good English and they were always very helpful. Beer and food were excellent - it is obviously a very popular restaurant. Location was also good - nice restaurants and supermarkets close by. Grand Place was about a 30 min walk along a nice route. Louise train station very close by and it was easy to get from there to Midi -Zuid. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The 1st room we received reeked like smoke. The window had been left open so it seems housekeeping was aware someone had been smoking in there. Went down to get a new room which they were able to do. So no issue there. The other room smelled fine. However, we were just across the hall from that 1st room and the hallway at that end smelled of smoke too. The hallways are poorly lit and it just seemed dark and dreary. The counter of the shelving unit in the room had a carpet/felt covering that just had an impression of being dirty as unable to clean as you would a solid surface. The bed had just 2 bed pillows total and the others were decorative pillows, which as they didn't have a case or washable covering, weren't suitable for sleeping. The TV seemed very old and it seemed you were only able to access a list of old movies on demand. It was listed as a Smart TV but it didn't seem to operate as one. Wasn't that big a deal for me. But if you are looking to steam this may not be the TV for you. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. I like that there were two duvets so each had their own covering. The mini fridge was nice to store drinks. The location was close to tram stop. We were at the back so we didn't experience any noise as others mentioned. It was just okay if you are looking for a place to stay. I probably wouldn't pick this again if I was staying in the area. Staff were friendly, so no issues there.
