Best hotel experience ever! What a great time we had! Super friendly staff, breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs were just perfect! The whole hotel is filled with extraordinary art. The room is incredible, we had a room with 2 floors. Slept amazing in the bed, it was super comfortable. There was a lovely spa in the basement. Nice and big garden in the back. We loved it so much. Thank you. We would love to come back some day

Fantastic location! Spent 2 nights at the hotel and the staff were super friendly and accommodating, even with our lack of French speaking, especially the bar man who was fantastic. The overall hotel is beautiful and worth every single penny. Plenty of local restaurants, shops and places to have a drink within walking distance. Very close to trams so easy to travel out if you like, or like we did use the electric scooters which only cost 5€< which got us up to the main plaza within 15 minutes which was super convenient. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone. Rooms are pristine, cleaned daily and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc re stocked if you’ve used them which was very handy. (Photos do not do it justice)

You find this hotel close to well known Louiza Avenue, an area with many nice shops, bars and restaurants. So this hotel is well located and on top has a free pf charge parking on the other side of the street, unfortunately still w/o battery chargers for electric cars. The hotel seemed me composed by 3 houses, all nicely equipped and decorated but the main asset is the big garden giving the place a relaxing calmness if you have a room on the back side. And definitively if one with a small terrace. The suites are spacious and fully equipped. This time we could not enjoy the restaurant and bar but had a good breakfast in the veranda. As we could also not visit the spa & fitness we have a very good reason to come back to this very pleasant address with an excellent price/quality ratio.

Room Tip: At least in our “bloc” there was no elevator and our suite was on the 2nd floor.

I enjoyed the stay at the Manos Premier. I was looking for a hotel away from the Grote Markt and the crowds. This hotel provides good accommodation with easy access to the centre by Metro if needed (just get used to the sometimes erratic metro operation). This was my first time back in Brussels for more than 10 years - hotel did not disappoint. Staff are very friendly, restaurant seemed to be used by locals, there are also good bars and restaurants locally with a 10 minute walk. Special mention to Jason and Quentin on the bar…..

- as you can see from the photo’s and in comparison to their own website this is a classic room, also you can even look on every single booking website, this is a classic room and we paid for a superior double - - this is our own experience. Just to FYI the hotel is beautiful, stunningly beautiful, from the entrance to the dining hall, and the bathroom are beautiful marble. We have had our superior double bedroom booked for months now. We arrived and have been given a classic bedroom. The service desk repeatedly lied and said that we are in a superior bedroom or tried saying that a classic bedroom only sleeps one person, then blamed the website we booked in, which is very incorrect as on every single booking website and even on their own website this bedroom of number 67 is a classic bedroom. They are saying that they have no rooms available to change, the service desk are refusing to call the manager to sort this matter out. The service desk is incredibly rude and unhelpful when this is a major issue. We can barely move around the room, it’s tiny and dark and there is no mirror to get ready in front of and this is not what we have paid for. I repeatedly said that this is not on and unfair as we have paid for a superior bedroom and just received a classic room. The service desk staff were so rude, acting oblivious to this and pretending they have no idea what we are speaking or, lying to us smugly and laughing at us whilst we fight for the room we paid for and booked, answering the phone (which was not even calling) when we were physically showing them on our mobile device that on their own website the room we have is a classic room, and still continued to lie whilst acting oblivious and continuously saying that the pictures must be wrong. Because I was fighting for us to change room and went downstairs twice to prove that we have been given a classic room, I raised my voice as the person was very smug and quite frankly unkind in all honesty and treated us as if we were a joke for querying and justifying that what we were saying was true, so the service desk then said they will call the police as they have my ID and they do not come to work to be harassed. So we walked away. The manager is in tomorrow morning. We should not and anyone should not ever have to be treated like this when We are the ones that have paid to be here and staff are being paid to be here. being gaslighted - by staff is not the thing we want when we book a hotel and gaslighting is certainly more of an offence than telling them and showing them that we have the wrong room, to be told I am harassing them. Also there is a huge step into the bathroom of solid marble that we have tripped over multiple times and is incredibly unsafe and painful.

We had a very good first impression of this hotel. The exterior is surprisingly "green" and the interior is very charming. First impressions faded away quickly however :( - The room was tiny and hot. There was only a small street-side window which wasn't enough to cool down the room. Being woken by traffic at 6am isn't ideal either. So we called reception at 1 am because the airconditioning wasn't working. Their first suggestion was to open the window and turn off the radiator... yeah. Finally the receptionist came to the room, but couldn't fix it either. The second night... still not fixed and still too hot. - The fridge in the room was disgusting. Remains of jam and a big lump of fungus stuck to the rear. Yuck! - The breakfast: we reserved in-room breakfast for 9-9:30. The guy arrived at 8:30 knocking like crazy on our door. Fantastic way to wake up. - The breakfast itself: we took the continental breakfast. The orange juice looked fresh, but tasted like an odd mix of fresh juice and minute-maid. Not good at all. The bread wasn't fresh but came straight out of the freezer (!). Still cold inside. Come on, a 4* hotel not able to serve some fresh bread! - We booked the spa, privately, for 1 hour. 15mins before the end some other couple entered as well :-/ I don't know if this hotel is somehow operating in "covid-mode", but considering the price, the experience was disappointing overall.

This is a funny one. The building is attractive. The receptionists are nice. The garden is a gem. Some of the rooms are really gorgeous (I’ve stayed several times). The location is good. BUT... Several bathrooms are below sloping roofs with a shower attachment on the taps; one has to squat or sit to use it. There’s no curtain on the skylights so you can’t have a dark bedroom. There are odd little lights at ankle height on the walls that can’t be turned off. The bar isn’t open or at least manned properly in the afternoon - it’s a hotel!! Some staff can be surly, some utterly charming. So like I say - a really mixed bag.

Response from Jean-Pierre Miok, Marketing at Manos Premier Hotel
Responded Feb 21, 2020
Dear Guest, We thank you for your comments, even if it's a mixed one. We'll immediately fix the lights problem. The hotel bar is open every day, even in the afternoon. We apologize for the inconveniance about the roof bedrooms, which are usually and frequently requested. But for your next stay, please let us know that you prefer a room with normal window and curtains. Best regards,

Stayed for one night. At check in I was put in a very tine room with split level that nearly fitted a bed, bathroom was upstairs. I felt claustrophobic so asked for a bit larger room which they gave me. I noticed it was a smoking room , which they did not tell me, but I was tired and did not want to switch again. In the evening I visited the spa. Nice looking spa, however showers did not function properly, sauna was cold and there was not tap/cups with drinking water. Nowhere you could hang your towel, so some basics were missing. Also the shower head in the bathroom in the room did not work properly. Basic things I believe such hotel should stay on top of as it is so easy to repair and avoids giving a bad impression. Breakfast was awesome. At checkout I was surprised to find 25 euro on my bill for using the spa (for maybe 15 min). They said is was clearly indicated that is came at a charge, I may have missed that. A hotel like this should not charge extra for a spa, and if they do the spa should be flawless. Next time in Brussels I will probably stay someplace else.

I travel to Brussels once or twice a year and this was my first time staying at the Manos Premier Hotel. The location is good, with some cute shops and a nice selection or restaurants in the area. It is not far from the shops on Avenue Louise. The first floor common spaces are beautiful, from the lobby to the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was always very accommodating. My room, was a bit of a disappointment. Very tiny and dark. I don't mind the tiny part, but when I can't see well, it is a problem. For instance, the large lamps on the bedside tables had black shades, which contributed to the lighting problem. Plus the window was frosted and added no natural light. There wasn't a secondary lock or chain on the door, which made me a bit nervous, but the elevator is controlled via a medallion attached to the room key so I guess that provides a level of security. I would try this hotel again because of the charm and excellent staff, but would definitely request (and pay for) a larger, brighter room. Most of the staff spoke very good English.

The venue is beautifully renovated, the best way possible seeing the global architecture. The garden is magnificent, probably one of the best in downtown Brussels. The service is perfect, warm and Belgian while very attentive. A special mention for the young man who took care of us at breakfast. Don t change anything, we ll be back.
