This is a great hotel, ideally located in the European Quarter, only steps away from the European Parliament and from the Luxembourg Train Station. Both front-desk and housekeeping staff always go out of their way to accommodate my requests. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, cosy and clean room. Location is good if you are traveling for EU meetings, it is not close to city center. Approximately 25 min of walk to city center. Location is not too noisy but air conditioner in room is a little bit noisy. Breakfast i good.

I stayed here recently and got a very homely feeling as soon as I entered the lobby. A little strange seeing as red is quite an aggressive colour. However the decor was very playful, especially the pool table right in the centre. The bedroom was extremely spacious with ample storage, a large comfy bed and a big table with two chairs and a bench which was great for doing work on. The tv was massive too. However, the white walls were full of stains. I really don’t think it would cost too much to repaint these walls once in a while or maybe consider another colour or perhaps wall paper? The bathroom again was spacious and housed a large walk in shower with massive rain shower. However, the shower head was clogged up due to hard water. Something that should really be looked at before clearing a room for the next occupants. I think this is so unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. If I was the manager I’d inspect each room before it was cleared. Overall I had a comfy stay, albeit short, but certain things should really be improved to keep it to 4 star standard. I feel corona is used too much as an excuse.

Above and beyond what I ever expected from a Radisson Red. This hotel was amazing. Beautifully decorated, fun and lively decor. Staff is beyobnd friendly and helpful! Everyone I came in contact with was helpful, friendly and fun. The rooms are a nice size and the bathroom is above average in size for a European hotel. The temperature in the room was super warm and you have no control of the thermostat apparently. I did have the window open but it is only 3 inches and the noise level outside the window was quite loud as cars rev by as well as motorcycles, but beds were super comfy as were the pillows. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation. The location is not near the city center but only steps away from the Bruxelles/Luxumburg train station.

Radisson Red went above and beyond what I expected. I was beyond impressed with the hotel from the decor to the staff to the breakfast buffet. The staff was beyond friendly, everyone went out of there way to acknowledge you when you walked in or out, had breakfast or just walking in the lobby. This hotel by far exceeded what I thought. I would definitely stay here again. The location is a min walk away from any attractions or city center but there is a train station 2 min away from hotel. Food at breakfast was delicious as well as the coffee machines that they offered. Great restuarants nearby as well.

I've been coming to this hotel regularly for the last years and it just feels like home. Everything is very easy and practical, the rooms are comfy and have everything you need and more (coffee and tea, iron, refrigerator, etc.). It's location is very good as it is in the European District (near the Leopold Parc, Etangs d'Ixelles, Trône, very easy access to the public transports and you get to the city centre in just a few minutes). I highly recommend this hotel.

I had stayed at Radisson Red for almost 15 days. The breakfast buffet was awesome, especially the pancakes. You get to make fresh waffles as well.The interior is trendy and the staff is helpful. Special mention of the room cleaning by Xu. She did the job just perfectly. Their restaurant closes at 10 and the food is over very early. Only the drinks are available till 11:00 pm. It was a pleasant stay at the hotel.The Luxembourg station is nearby and the Museum of Natural sciences is just at 5 minutes of walking distance and the entry is free on every 1st Wednesday of the month.

Over all the experience was good . Just on bit that we felt robbed on parking charges we stayed 12 hrs and payed for 24 hrs parking . I believe it should be on hourly charge which is more humanly like in centre 2 euro /hr which gives flexibility on late arrival and early check out . infection control was excellent staff was friendly and very approachable .

I had the pleasure of staying more than a week at the hotel. I was welcomed by a friendly staff member and managed to check in early. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes, both cold and warm. The room were clean and well maintained. Located close to Place Luxembourg, it is easy to move around in the city as well as going to the airport. All Covid-19 required precautionary measures were taken well care of. I will definitly come back.

I’m not exactly sure about the family suite. Our family opted for two rooms, our children are older. Rooms are a good size. The hotel from central station is not far at all. Maybe about ten minutes by car. Also there is a smaller train station literally right next door. We were able to travel to our next destination using that station next door. Forget the name. Great hotel have fun!
There are more places to choose from in the Ixelles area.
