This hotel is super nice. Beautiful lobby, complimentary iced tea served upon check-in, Starbucks coffee served at breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. What REALLY impressed me was the fitness center! For a hotel gym, wow! Fantastic. Nice pool also. Not far from Grand-Place (€7 Uber). Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is good for those who don't mind doing some walking or are in the city for business. It's well connected by bus and metro but also you can walk into the centre in 20mins (a very pleasant walk via the Palais Royale). It's located in the heart of the European...

This hotel just keeps getting better and better. I visit Brussels on business at least three times a month and I always stay at the Renaissance. And look forward to it. This is my definition of a home away from home and a notch better.

The hotel manager went out of his way to accomodate our special request and we had a really enjoyable stay. Therefore, I can warmly recommend the Hotel, which is also conveniently located if you're on EU business.

Classified as a top hotel in Brussels; trying to make a business reservation by phone directly at reception on May 5th around 19:00 1. No way to bypass an electronic/advertisement greeting call : visit our website, etc... 2. Finally receptionist cannot speak a word of any of both Belgian national languages, so reversing to English, the guy speaks very slowly...

I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel for my short business trip to Brussels. First nice touch from the hotel was that I got an upgrade to a spacious corner room and executive lounge which is very small but yet enough to bite something and have a beer after a heavy day (however the drinks are served only...

Pros: The hotel is located just one block from the EU parliament and the bus stop of the airport line (Buses 12 and 21) which is a great bonus. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and made the whole experience more relaxing. The Breakfast was just amazing (though prefer to book with the room or else a bit on...

The hotel is located near the European quarter of Brussels, which makes it much more convenient for a business trip than for a holiday: it is a bit far away from the city's delights. The place isn't too big, is located in a quiet street (hence the quality of sleep is high), and the service is of high (i.e. usual...

The hotel has a very nice location in the centre of European district in Brussels next to all the institutions of the EU. Within 5 min walking distance, there is a square with many cafes/restaurants/bars. Also, there are a few banks and a supermarket. The hotel itself is very nice. It has a big lobby, with a bar that offers...

The hotel is nice, well maintained and worth the price. The staff are generally warm and kind, but make sure you really understand what they are saying in English as we were given incorrect directions (or imprecise) several times. The hotel parking is tight. Our biggest issue was dealt with correctly by the manager, which is what I've come to...
